A unique, well loved home that suited our needs and felt 100% comfortable in. Plenty of room for 3 small families to enjoy a vacation. Literally provided everything we needed and more. All the toys, paints, games were perfect for our toddler grandchildren. Loved the large kitchen and dining room. Having the toy kitchen right there couldn’t have been cooler for the grandkids. Plenty of beach accessories for when we were at the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood that provided walking trails. Jason was a gracious host and communicative. We couldn’t have been happier! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

This house takes advantage of the amazing beach weather. Open the windows to have the trade winds cool down the house. The outdoor area and kitchen were by far our favorite parts. Anything and everything you need to cook meals. We took advantage of the grill and large table outside for family meals. The pool is also fantastic, the temperature is perfect. Another pleasant surprise was the speakers that allowed us to listen to music throughout the house and while lounging outside. Great neighborhood and proximity to beach, restaurants, grocery store and surf shops. And Jason is extremely helpful and attentive. One of my favorite VRBO stays yet. I hope to be back!

Lots of things to love about the property; the size and location to fun spots for food/beverages/beach that are walking distance for the average traveler! The house itself is spacious and creative; complete with all the kitchen supplies and sundries you will need to get your vacation off the ground! The pool was amazing and our family gathered there for hours. The property also has a great selection of books and LP's to entertain yourself; including a ton of cook books to peruse. We were surprised that some basic features weren't working; mainly the garbage disposal, dishwasher was meh some windows, as well as a general sense of care and cleanliness. The house definitely emanates a Life is Good energy, and you will enjoy it !

This house was by far the best property we’ve rented so far. We have a big family and there was enough space for all us. Not only the location is killer, the neighborhood is very nice. Super close to the beach and restaurants but tucked in a beautifully quite neighborhood. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained, roomy, stylish, fun and yet super cozy. We had great flow with the fam inside and outside…the space allows for relaxation, creativity to flow and fun. It brings everyone together to either cook in their very well stocked kitchen, or spend time in their large hot tub…you can also choose to go outside and swim with the kids or stay inside to make art or read…a ping pong table is always fun! The TV room is huge with a large TV…they also have a record player and an amazing selection of records if you feel like shaking your bootie…there’s a piano and other instruments to play. The master bedroom is far enough from the rest of the house and provides tons of privacy…with a sauna and tub in the bathroom. Jason is a great host and the house very well stocked and maintained. We are definitely coming back!
