Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Clean, tastefully decorated and great location. Just a few minutes walk to the bay beach and restaurant. Owner responded right away to my questions Would definitely stay there again

Great stay. Property was exactly as described. Very comfy, well equipped. Would definitely come back. Beach area was great, and we loved two restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was clean and well stocked making our stay very enjoyable. Lots to do, easy to get around and we felt safe.

Location was great, property manager was prompt in returning messages. Check in was easy as we had the door code before arriving. The room could def use a freshen up. The paint colors are so dark and make the room feel closed in and not fresh. I would bring extra towels as you're only given 3. Overall , not a bad stay, but like I said the room needs an update, better lighting and lighter colored wallsto make it feel fresh and clean. The ceiling could use a fresh coat of white paint as well.

Nice quiet place to stay and relax for a long weekend break. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very much appreciated the coffee and filters and other kitchen supplies on hand. Loved the great water pressure in the shower! Tiny beach nearby and the two onsite restaurants were great. Didn't use the pool or tennis court but noticed others taking advantage of them. Easy check in and available parking. Would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet get away.

I spent a week working in the Ruskin area and stayed at this condo. The property was like a little peace of heaven. I enjoyed watching the sunset over the Tampa Bay on the beach or as I ate dinner at the conveniently located Sunset Grill. It was such a chill, low key atmosphere which is just my speed! The condo was clean and stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances that you would expect in a studio type apartment. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being a great host!

Great value! This was cute, cozy, relatively clean, and a perfect place for us to unwind and relax! Sunsets restaurant on site was phenomenal...food, service, atmosphere and of course, the sunsets! Lots of options for walking and beach was lovely! Only bummer was that the gift shop was never open, but that can't be controlled by the property owner. Would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable

Nice place despite a few hiccups. Unfortunately the pools were closed almost the whole time we were there. We’ve stayed here before and had access to a basketball and tennis rackets and a gym but that was not the case this stay. The two restaurants on the property was the same and nice. We r we pile come back.

The area is very clean and safe it is very close to 2 restaurants the sunset grill has great food and great service also can watch the sunset from there it is very relaxing but still has quite a lot of things to do also the 2 pools are very nice and not too crowded stores are close by would highly recommend this me and my wife had a great time. The property is very convenient to all your needs

Listing was accurate, we really enjoyed our time there. We would stay there again. I walk to the beach in two minutes and two restaurants to pick from. Nice out-of-the-way place.

Property itself was exactly as advertised & communications were great. There is a fair amount of construction activity in the proximate area currently but overall an enjoyable stay.

I came to Florida, for just the weekend, for my God Daughter’s wedding. We had a great stay. Everything was very clean. I wish I had more time to really enjoy the property! I would definitely stay again! Thank you

Very clean, owner answers your call right away if you have any issues. Lots to do. Pool is very clean. Restaurants near by. We saw a manatee and a dolphin! Shaded so you can take walks too.

My boyfriend and I have been missing the beach and wanted a resort-type experience. This condo is very clean, and very close walking distance to the pool/hot tub, lagoon, beach/bay area, tennis courts, playground, and the two resort restaurants. The beach area is small, but it was clean and the views of Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg are really cool. We also got to see several herons, and some crawfish near the pier. Locals were friendly, and everything about getting into and out of the room was a breeze. The highlights of the room, for us, were the big comfy bed, the balcony patio, and the well-stocked kitchenette. There’s hand soap, dish soap, coffee and filters, dishes, cookware, flatware and gadgets, and even salt/pepper, and condiments available. We’ve stayed in bigger places that were not as well-stocked. The owner responded to a check-out question quickly and courteously. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area! The only cons I could see are that the condo is upstairs and there’s no elevator so if you have a problem with stairs, you will not be able to access this room. Also, if you were looking for vibrant nightlife, you’d have to drive a good bit away from the resort, as everything nearby closes by 10:00. The Sunset Grille does have some live music and a nice bar though. Luckily, we were just looking for some relaxing and we were able to accomplish that easily at Little Harbor. Thanks Giovanni!

About a 2-4 minute walk to the private beach next to the sunset grill restaurant.

We were only down for a week this time. We enjoyed the two pools because the darn red tide made the beach undesirable. The condo was clean, comfortable and close to dock to see the beautiful sunsets.

Price was just right. No excessive fees. Great communication. No check in needed.

Small but quiet, loved this little gem of Little Harbor

Our family met in Little Harbor for my sisters-in-law ‘s birthday. There were 8 different units rented throughout the complex ranging from “hotel rooms” to studios to townhouses. The complex was wonderful. The private beach where you could rent umbrellas, kayaks or jet skis was very close to the bar & grill and the restaurant as well as a short walk to all the different units. This was very convenient every evening when everyone converged to the beach for some great shots of each other with the perfect back drop of the sunset and the Tampa skyline. Our unit was perfect! The bed and linens were so comfortable I will be looking for the same set at home. The beachy/seashore decorations were impeccably chosen for the unit. Not too much but not too little. You knew you were at the beach but didn’t feel like you were in a gift shop. The galley kitchen was very well equipped if you chose to do counter top cooking instead of going out. The spacious balcony over looking the tennis courts was the perfect place to just sit and relax. Of course as family does... we all had to visit each other’s room. I felt ours was the nicest of them all! The owner(s) were wonderful answering all my last minute questions. Communication was very easy with them and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this resort and this particular unit.
