It's was clean & comfortable ☺️

There wasn't any restaurant open & no coffee or tea available 😔 or breakfast etc bar open.

WHAT bREAKFAST THERE WAS no breakfast or evening meal they had a bar But nothing to eat At the Entrance their were 8 deep steps with no hand rails.. I know there was no Parking but I had to walk back to the hotel it took 10 minutes after i found a place. to park Finally none of the staff spoke englsh or any other bar french The room was exelent. I am 84 and my wife 80 I am also disabled We have been with you for many years and the is the first time I have complaind

I think the above fitss all the complaints

Soulless place. Nobody around. There is a bar cafe restaurant but nothing seemed open in height of summer and place was fully booked.

No one on arrival, no one on departure ,money was left in a desk. To this day no one has even messaged me to say thankyou. How people run a business like this is beyond me, but they obviously do

Nice and clean interior

No breakfast, no dinner, did not see anybody. The unavailability of dinner was only mentioned last minute; the day before arrival. If we would have known upfront, the stay would have been canceled. Also in the village all restaurants were closed.

Lovey sized room. Very clean and good location.

No staff on site. No breakfast or coffee facility available.

Room was large and generally very good - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom with ‘drench’ shower. Attractive courtyard outside.

Parking is in narrow streets around the hotel so expect a walk with bags. Arrived at 4pm to a locked door and a note with a phone number to ring. Eventually given the correct keypad number and instructions to gain entry. No staff inside, key in envelope and had to find room ourselves. Restaurant closed, cafe/bar closed, pool closed, no suggestions for places to eat/drink/visit. Aircon in room gave out hot air only !

I would have liked coffee making facilities in the room as breakfast wasn’t being offered

Room very spacious and clean

We stayed 7 days, unfortunately the bar/restaurant was only open 2 of those days. This meant no breakfast or even coffee in the morning. No-one there at check in or check out.

Atmosphere, excellent structure

Reception closes at 20:00, but the lady assisted me very well over the telephone at my arrival (02:00 AM)

Like finding an oasis in a spanish village, when you walk through the gates. Beautiful authentic spanish bodega, family so friendly & helpful, gave us a tour of the bodega. Wonderful & clean bedroom. Thank you so much to the hoteliers. Would certainly recommend staying there.

Because we arrived late from the ferry no on avaliable. But after a couple of phone calls someone came and sorted things out.
