The check-in had issues and problems and a little hiccup, but overall the resort was beautiful. Best location and the family members all had fun at the resort and at Disney World.

We rented the three bedroom condo - tower 4. The check in was very easy - they are strict with 4pm check in snd 10am check out . The condo provided everything we needed - to make breakfast each morning before visiting the parks. Was easy to Uber there - we got an Xl car for about $10 - well worth it. The polls and the grounds are beautiful and they have two restaurants that we ate in. Both were very good bar type. And the best ice cream shop.

The house was beautiful. Amenities all top notch and the host was great. Everything was easy, and i would highly recommend staying here

This is an amazing property, lovely walking trail around the lake and the rooms and balcony were immaculate and spacious. We had 2 families staying together and there was more than enough room for everyone. We were able to get some groceries and have breakfast in the room before heading to the parks. The beds were comfortable and it was very relaxing!

We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room to move around. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The patio was amazing to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner on. There was so much to do at Bonnet Creek. We had so much fun, and we are definitely returning next year. This is the best place. Thank you so much :)

Resort has it all. Checking was delayed but they were able to find a different room after an hour of waiting. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Owner was easy to work with in confirmation of the rental.

We loved the property and close proximity to everything in Disney. We plan to visit again and would book with Catherine with no hesitation. Her communication was great and we appreciate her help throughout the process.

I was in town for a conference at the Hilton across the street and this severed as exactly what I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and the check in process was smooth. Will stay again for sure.

We have stayed in Wyndham properties before and this one rated very well. We have actually stayed at Bonnet Creek on several occasions. We love the amenities and the condo was perfect for our family.

3 Bedrooms allow us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Host was a good communicator. Sending us a note the day we checked in, allow us process much quicker.
The Apartment was very beautiful, clean and location next to easy river entrance.

Our 3 bedroom was very spacious,clean, and well stocked! It was easy to book, and communication was wonderful. We loved the pools. The beds were cozy.

Can’t wait to go back - We would never stay at a different place in Orlando again! This place was top notch! Very clean. Friendly staff. Staff constantly disinfecting the resort. Beautiful resort. This was a perfect location and size for our family of 6 (all over 18). Such a wonderful vacation!

The property was very nice, the confirmation and check in process was a bit of a debacle. I did not get a confirmation email from the owner with instructions about check in, just an email stating that I was listed as the person checking in since I did not respond to the original email requesting this information. My 70 year old mother was arriving earlier in the evening (our flight didn’t get in until midnight) so I immediately emailed and asked to have her added as the check in person. I did not receive a response and did not think anymore about it. Long story short- my mother was not able to check us in and since the restaurants close at 9 she sat in her car in the parking lot for 4 hours until we arrived. I was not happy about this. Other than this hiccup in our trip the rest was awesome.
