Great place to stay. They need to restock their dishes and glasses. There was only 1 wine glass and dishes are in short supply

Great Location, I was vising my senior mom for the weekend, we got to enjoy the beach and a quick walk to the stores which was perfect. I would stay again and looking forward to another visit,

The view was amazing. We stayed in unit B which in on the ground floor. Everything was as advertised. The only thing negative was how noisy it is in the early morning. Trucks unload next to the building for the close hotels and the garbage trucks rumbled by every morning. Loved everything else.

I don't have any cons about this place. The price, location, amenities, ect. Everywhere was walking distance. The parking was perfect. The cul-de-sac was great for unloading our things during check in so we didn't have to look for parking ( our truck was too high to park in the garage). The beach was not crowded and the condo was just steps away from the sand. They have beach chairs and towels although we did bring our own. My kiddos slept great in the king size bed. Night time was quiet, even with ppl walking around you couldn't hear them. The coffee maker was a plus lol the shower water was amazing! We would definitely come back again, thanks ladies.

Renting was very easy had no problems and the place was wonderful.

The property cannot be closer to the beach. However, it’s in an area of very high foot traffic so it’s not private. The garage is hard to maneuver into and out of and the door was broken when we arrived.

This place has the most amazing location - as pictured, RIGHT on the water, a short walk to the main drag on Pismo, yet not close enough to deal with the foot traffic being an issue in front of the place. While the bedroom is comfy and adequate, the place has a few things needing attention - mainly lighting. A set of lamps on the nightstands are nice, but only one is anywhere near an outlet, ceiling light downstairs has a few bulbs out, and another floor lamp was found unplugged because apparently that is the only way to shut it off (no switch). A stocked kitchen is not promised anywhere, but this is the first place I stayed in that didn't have a few basics like oil, a couple of spices, etc. besides just salt and pepper. If we had planned to stay there longer this would have been a bigger issue. Finally, kudos to the builders who came up with one of the most creative ways to fit the upstairs bathroom into the place!

House is very clean. It is a perfect location - just a short walk to everything. Beautiful view from the main room and patio.

We were spoiled this weekend with the easiest access imaginable to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was a relief to park our car and leave it!

We had a great stay at Pismo. Everything was clean and well taken care of as always. One of our favorite places to stay.

The property is great and very well situated. It's right on the ocean with beautiful views overlooking the beach and pier. The property was very clean and had everything you needed to cook, enjoy the beach and stay comfortably. Jenny was quick to respond and provided detailed instructions and lots of suggestions for nearby food, shopping, activities, etc.

Just the right property to enjoy off season in Pismo Beach! Beautiful view of ocean; whales and dolphins off shore; close to restaurants. Great 3 days!

The location was perfect. Walking path and the beach right out the back door, don’t even need to cross the street. Walkable to the pier, shops, and restaurants. A garage parking spot was a nice bonus. Would love to stay again.

This was just as pretty as the pictures show. It was perfect. We had a great time, and my family was jealous they hadn't booked it first.

My daughter and I loved our brief stay in this beachside condo. My favorite part: watching the sunset over the ocean from the patio each night, glass of local wine in hand. Her favorite part: sitting on the patio this morning with hot chocolate and watching a whale breach the ocean multiple times. We will definitely be back! My only wish, and it’s a small one, is that this unit had a Keurig coffee machine.

Everything was exactly as shown. Couldn't have been smoother. Our one minor complaint is the bed. Is it VERY soft/plush. If you're a side sleeper like my partner and I, it might be a bit difficult.

My 2nd year renting this particular unit. Right on the ocean. Drinking my coffee and listening to the waves.

Sooo Perfect!!* Right on the beach. Very Close to Pier & Main street shops & Good Restaurants. We never needed to drive anywhere!!* Clean, Cozy, Quiet , Perfect View & Location. Super Nice manager Jenny!! So nice to have a kitchen & privacy as compared to hotel. We will definitely be renting here again next year!! We Loved it!!!** Thank You

Loved staying here! Location was awesome, just a few steps from the beach. The property was very clean. The booking process was easy and the property owners/managers were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach getaway. The unit allowed us to be near all the local spots and far enough away to sit back and relax with an phenomenal ocean view. The owners were great to work with. I highly recommend a visit.

Everything was amazing! From check in to check out everything was as easy. It was so great that when we got home we made our reservations for next year, this time for a whole week. Cant Wait!

If you're looking to stay on the beach, this is it! Ground level unit facing the beach. Clean, nicely updated, bigger unit than we expected. There are stairs, however, up to the bedroom which is where the front door is, leading out to the center courtyard. Kind of an odd floorplan but we didn't mind it at all. You can easily sleep 4, with two full bathrooms. Kitchen is good size, basics are stocked, there are two BBQ's in the courtyard with patio furniture if you want to grill. We ate out most all of our meals, lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. It was just so nice to not have to pack up and drive to a beach since the area is very crowded in the summer. The only negative thing I would say is the parking garage has a very low ceiling so trucks and SUV's have to park on the street, but we always found a spot.

Second time we stayed here and love that we can count on a great experience. :) Clean, comfortable and attentive owners!
