We loved our stay at the Flats on Church street! It was near the wineries we wanted to go to, and in a really serene, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking around Washington Island as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place to stay.

We stayed for a week. The property fit all of our needs and was very well located. We were close to all of our favorite Door County spots!

We had bolted from a conference to get 24 hours of Door County before heading back to the other side of the state where we reside. This is our second year staying here. Weather was cold when we arrived so we went to the market and bought snacks for dinner and watched a movie. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our charcuterie dinner. Thank you for another delightful stay in Egg Harbor.

Great little place in a great location.

Good location, check in and communication was flawless. Lack of storage places and small refrigerator make this a tight stay but somewhat workable. Appears clean but if you look there are areas that could use some attention.

Excellent communication throughout process. Rental had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully done modern building, with nicely landscaped property. Very clean, with all needed amenities for a long weekend stay. Great walk ability to in town Egg Harbor.

Staying at the flats was by far the best vacation home we’ve stayed in. From the modern architecture to the coziness of the condo, the location was close enough to walk to everything we needed yet quiet enough to make it feel like we were far away from everything. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we had everything we needed. The only downfall of the space was the very small refrigerator and no freezer. We had prepped most of our food so it made it a little more difficult but we made it work with bags of ice and the cooler we brought. I can’t wait to come back next year with my daughter!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times have been a great experience. Convenient parking, clean, comfy bed, and nice bathroom. Everything you need. Check in and out was super simple. When we go back we’ll stay here again.

The Flats met our needs perfectly during our time on Door County. The apartment was immaculate, well-appointed and conveniently located for our activities near Egg Harbor and Sister Bay. We appreciated the easy check-in/checkout and especially enjoyed the private patio and the outdoor gas fireplace.

We had a lovely stay at The Flats. There is a great deal of comfort packed into 500 sq feet. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space with the fire pit. The owner communication was excellent. We will be back next year.

I loved this property. It is a multi-unit rental, but feels private. Square-footage wise, it is small but feels spacious inside. It is stylish yet still very comfortable. The bed was great. Beautiful tiled shower. Nice outdoor seating area. The owners have everything you need to know online but are a text or call away if you need anything. Great location that is walking distance to downtown Egg Harbor. I was delighted by this rental.

This was our second time at this property, and it has become our favorite place to stay. We love the modern feel, the big windows with a beautiful view. We enjoyed cooking our meals and enjoying a cozy winter weekend!

The contemporary and simple atmosphere augmented my artisit’s open studio time in the Door. Waking up each morning to light reflections on the white walls was the stimulus to begin my days. Thank you for this uncomplicated space.

Clean and Modern, light filled space to stay. Enjoyable for our get away. The only downside that we experienced was that the community of Egg Harbor did not plow the road during the snow storm that occurred until the end of our stay. This made it tricky to head out anywhere. This road was under construction so perhaps it was the last of their list? Many of the local restaurants were also closed during our stay but we did find a few options that worked for us.

Great place, we will be back. Can't think of anything i would change.

The Flats are very well maintained, great location, clean, and quiet! We love modern homes, and are planning to build one soon! We got great ideas from the beautiful design of The Flats! The communication with the hosts was exceptional throughout our stay! Highly recommend this property, and hope to be back soon!

This was our second time staying at the Flats on Church Street, and we will continue coming back! The location is awesome and within waking distance to tons of fun spots (one Barrell, grumpy's, cute coffee shops, etc). The hosts are very communicative and the space is SO charming. HIGHLY recommend!!

We really enjoyed our time at The Flats on Church Street. The townhome was very clean and comfortable, which made it a nice spot to come back and relax after a long day of exploring.

We have been traveling to Egg Harbor for years and wanted some flexibility around occasional light cooking and as well as some additional space. The Flats really ticked all the boxes. The flat was bright, clean and a great location. Communication with property managers was top notch.

This modern flat was clean and easy to navigate (QR codes throughout to give instructions for TV, dishwasher, outdoor fire, etc). A few minutes walk to the main strip of Egg Harbour meant we didn’t have to fend for parking during the busy weekend! Rob & Suzie are very accommodating hosts and they’ve created a great space to stay in Door County. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the autumn!
