This was a great place for our big family. Lots of bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice big living area. The beautiful backyard is not part of the property though and we could have used some outdoor space. I guess I missed that detail in the listing. Having two kitchen with two refrigerators was a huge plus. The best thing about the management was that they let us check in a few hours early and that was very kind.

When we first drove up I was sure I had the wrong address! There was a long flight of old looking stairs to the front door and the front yard was nothing but half dead weeds. At that point I realized that I hadn’t seen a picture of the front in the listing. About a week earlier, prior to our arrival I had asked about main floor bedrooms so I could make certain there was a place for those individuals. At that point it would have been to late to cancel but I just assumed there would only be a few steps up to the main floor, which was my fault for not doing more research. The railings going up the steps were very wiggly and the steps were narrow with the top landing tilting down. Once we opened the door I was happy to see that the rooms were as pictured and the place looked very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. Before we came we were told that we needed to bring our own shampoo, conditioners, wash rags, body soap, hand soap, laundry soap etc. That was a little surprising since usually there is enough of this supplied to at least get a guest through the first night without having to hit a store first. There were also very, very few dishes for people to eat on or things to cook with. Lots of spiders and many small broken things like doorknobs and towel racks. The only cooking ingredient or spice was salt and pepper. Communication with the property manager was great and prompt! She was a pleasure to work with.

We were traveling with a number of youth for Scout Camp from Southern California to Wyoming, we needed a waypoint to break up the drive. This location worked perfectly for our needs. It was large and had many rooms for the different adults and youth that were in our group. We did not spend much time here as we got in late and departed early but it was easy to get in, plenty of parking for our 6 vehicles and provided a great place to rest, clean up and sleep during our travels. The price was great and much less expensive than getting hotel rooms for 20 people. Thank you so much for allowing us to book only one night.

Great place for a family reunion!

The home is in a perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. We enjoyed a day at the water park and pictures up in the mountains. The home was set up perfectly for a reunion, with bathrooms for each family.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable house, with a bathroom attached to most bedrooms--which was really convenient for our children and their little families. We were disappointed that the park behind the property was off limits, since we kind of counted on using it with several small children at our reunion, but it worked out fine. It would be nice though if a fence were put up to block entrance to the park from the property. We noticed all the neighbors have fences, but this property does not. Sturdier serving and mixing utensils and more kitchen towels, plus access to a vacuum would have been helpful. Overall though, it was a really great space for a family reunion with lots of small kids. Very convenient to lots of activities for kids (parks, Provo rec center, and Hang time trampoline facility).

We booked 3 nights here. Immediately upon arrival, we noticed the property was dirty, in terrible condition, and our trip was in jeopardy. Reached out to host with multiple messages and phone calls to see if we could connect and reach an amicable resolution as it was grossly misrepresented in the listing. They were completely MIA. Bugs were crawling out of the couch, doorways and walls had rotting and showed signs of neglect, window screens were missing, front door had missing knob and looked like it had signs of forced entry. In hindsight, I can see omissions in the past reviews. This place was beyond bad and impresses me about the type of person that would misrepresent a property like this. We left immediately and had to emergency book another property without communication or assistance from the host or VRBO.

The air conditioning did not work. We contacted the owner and she gave us various instructions on how to operate the Hvac system. No one ever came to fix it. The toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall and was not operational, light bulbs needed replaced, the food grinder in the kitchen sink was jammed with something and didn’t work. The front stairs into the house are very steep and slanted which could be a problem for guests with mobility issues. It’s still a good property conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and suited our needs. We would stay again if we could be guaranteed the A/C would be working.

Our families traveled from different locations for a funeral and stayed together in this amazing perfect home. Most rooms have their own bathroom. Beautiful comfortable home with so many amenities! We loved everything about the home and had a wonderful time here. The host is wonderful and quick to respond. I highly recomend this rental. I will stay again for sure. Fantastically perfect! ❤

We needed a place for five siblings and some of their children to gather due to a funeral for the oldest brother. This had everything we needed to be together for three days to remember, grieve and support each other. It was the exact house we needed for the adults, teens and children.

Our group of 15 was happy and comfortable at this home. The location is excellent - close to everything between Provo and the point of the Mountain. The two bunk beds were sturdy wood units, not the creaky metal frame bunks often used in bunk rooms. We stayed during a cold snap and were happy that each room had a space heater so grandma could be warm without the teens overheating.

Location had plenty of bathrooms. Good location. Plenty of room for lots of people.

If you are looking for a high end facility move on but if you are looking for a place that can sleep your large group, this works well. We had 20 sleep here for a local wedding and we enjoyed eating together, playing games together and just good family time. With no outside pictures there is a stairway to go up of about 8 steps so the grandparents took their time but once inside everything they needed was on the main floor. I would definitely consider renting again. We had several communications with the manager and they were always quick to respond.

There are five bedrooms that have attached bathrooms! This was exactly what we needed. The space was just so perfect for what we did, letting kids play in the big great room, making our meals in the spacious and well appointed kitchen, plenty of room in the driveway for all of our cars. The air conditioning system seems to only be for the top floor, but a small air conditioning unit was working downstairs in the living room there. We didn’t need two full kitchens and two full family rooms, but they had them! Plugs for tubs would’ve been nice; we shared around the kitchen sink plug for grandkids’ baths. We two old folks had four children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren with beds and baths for all! Comfortable and lovely.

We had 24 family members in all from children to teens to adults. This home fit us very well and we really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to our needs. Very spacious home and five of the bedrooms had its own bathroom. That was amazing and very convenient! Nice neighborhood too.

Awesome house with plenty of room, my family really enjoyed being together and the two kitchens helped a lot, the only thing is the living room tv remote didn’t work all too well, and the double queen bed was quite cold at night with the snow, but awesome house would love to stay again!

Everything was great except could have used more towels, washcloths, dishcloths etc!

It is a large house that accommodated our group. Overall it worked out well.

We had a fun reunion with our children. The house held our family well. Loved that the master rooms included bathrooms. Kitchen was lacking supplies usually used by large families (pancake griddle). Could use games and a few toys for children. The couches were uncomfortable and somewhat broken down. The deck was unsafe for children (railing had big gap between bottom of rail and floor). Deck in general appeared to be unsupported and unsafe. The property could use some general matainance and weeding.

Older house that has been remodeled and updated. Nice place for family gathering but it needs badly new pots and pans and the overhead fresh air vents cleaned. Also needs some maintenance like heater shrouds replaced, broken window downstairs fixed. Otherwise relatively clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood.

We stayed at this property with our adult children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful weekend together. There was plenty of rooms and bathroom space for all. It is conveniently located and nicely set up. The owner was quick to respond with any questions and helpful in every way.

The house is large and there are private bathrooms for most rooms which was wonderful. All the basics are there and we enjoyed our stay.
