Heerlijk bed en goede badkamer.

Het was vlakbij het centrum gelegen in een rustige omgeving.
Het ontbijt was erg luxe en je kon aangeven hoe laat het gebracht werd.
Verder was het appartement van alle luxe voor zien en konden we gratis gebruik maken van 2fietsen.
Wij zijn gewend om echt in het donker te slapen, er kwam licht van de straatlantaarn binnen onder de gordijnen door.

goed verzorgd en zeer royaal ontbijt met vers fruit uit eigen tuin. Heerlijk plekje prive buiten. Ankie is een fantastische gastvrouw. We komen zeker terug.

Ankie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, sie ist so herzlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Das Appartement liegt fußläufig zur schönen Innenstadt und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und von bester Qualität. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Very nice and well equiped B&B. Located at walking distance from Leeuwarden center, in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The owners are really freindly and the breakfast is fantastic. There's a private parking spot right in front.

Really comfy little apartment near the centre of Leeuwarden, equipped with everything you need during your stay. The hosts are also super nice!

We were very happy with the place in general. Excellent value for money. Had everything you need and was very clean. Responsive and friendly host too. Would have happily stayed longer.
Bathroom door is not designed to be closed fully, if you value your privacy there.

Great communication and quick responses from the host. Good on-site parking. 15 minute walk to downtown area. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time in Leeuwarden.

After the booking a quick note with the question how the beds were preferred (double or single beds). The big plus was the feeling of freedom due to the separate entrance.

A really nice and comfy apartment, equipped with everything you need. The city centre can be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot.
The communication with the hosts was always really friendly and uncomplicated.

Everything was perfect, down to the last detail. We couldn't have asked for more. The kitchen was well equipped, the location was excellent, and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable.

We directly felt at home. This is a beautiful side apartment with a very design and modern interior. Every touches have been thought through and you feel directly welcome. There was a bottle of wine on arrival, and every amenities needed. In addition, she let us bring our bunny which was really sweet of her. Although this has not bothered us, bare in mind that the owner leaves right next door and that you do not feel complete privacy.
The only thing I would recommend is to add a full length mirror, and some scissors in the kitchen. Pans were not sparkly cleaned however nothing to be annoyed of! Also, extra toilet paper rolls would have been really nice so we don’t have to ask ourselves. :)
