We, family of three, actually had two intertwining rooms with two bathrooms at our disposal. Very spacious for three people. We enjoyed this very much. Breakfast was excellent and special in the Easter weekend. Staff was very friendly.

It’s a bit big and soulless. The rooms need upgrading. There were gouges and marks on the desk area and coffee cup rings on the window sill. There were fingerprints all over the glass table. The hair dryer was pointless and had a big crack on it. The restaurant though nice was expensive and there wasn’t any where else in the vicinity that you could have gone elsewhere. It could have done with a gym or a pool something that you could do at night. as I mentioned the staff were lovely but not for me sorry.

Friendly service, efficient check in and check out. We visited over Easter and the small bag of chocolate eggs upon checkout was a sweet gesture. A modern lobby and room, although certain parts of the room are seemingly getting dated(switches, minor finishes). Overall though, excellent value for money.

Not a fan of the open shower design, usually get a bit of water outside the "shower" area. The location is a bit of a walk to the city centre if that's something that matters. We were fully aware of the distance.

The view is fantastic! The room looks so luxurious with a high ceiling and large windows to admire the city.

I was on the 10th floor and I could hear people walking on the 11th floor.

Amazing place! Since you arrive the staff makes you feel welcome! Breakfast was delicious. Totally would stay again. And love the Friesian horses in the lobby, that was the best!
