We liked the location, very close to trainstation and shops, the ammenities. It was very comfortable. Beds are good

The central location was convenient. It was clean and as described in the pictures. The host left a nice book of local suggestions.
Rooms got hot and couldn't open windows due to sound of the bars below. Fan was helpful, but only in selective locations. Sound echoed throughout the place, so if one person got up in the night everyone could easily hear it. Also, I was surprised to be asked to cover further tax costs beyond what had been agreed upon through online booking. It wasn't all that much, but came as a complete surprise.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location in a beautiful city.
The bathroom floor was very clean, however the tiles were slippery after use - an anti slip mat could be helpful - a mop was provided though.

Place is really nice in the middle of the centrum Leeuwarden close to everywhere.Owner is really helpfulness.
unfortunately, we chose an apartment whose location is right next to the disco. We were warned that it could be noisy, unfortunately, despite all the recommended measures, the fun lasted until 5:30 in the morning, so we didn't sleep. During the week, this stay can be excellent, but through I would not choose this location on the weekend.

Normally I avoid apartment rentals and prefer hotels, but we were originally supposed to be a larger group so we went for it. This apartment was a delightful surprise! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Excellent facilities. Towels, toiletries, linens included. Even Netflix. Parking was easy and 3 min away. Wonderful and attentive host.

The location was fantastic. The apartment nicely furnished. My 90 year old father came to visit and he really enjoyed staying there. He could step out of the building and had cafes everywhere and shops and sites to explore.

Very good communication, we had trouble entering the property and it was solved very quickly. Even though the location was right in the centre the apartment was very quiet and comfortable.
The only minor drawback was the lack of onsite parking but the recommended parkade was adequate.

The apartment is very conveniently located in the centre of the city and is very homey and comfortable. The host is extremely helpful and accomodating. I will be back for sure!

The apartment is located in the city center, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. It is very clean and well maintained. Good for families with young children. 5 mins walking distance from Leeuwarden central station. And there is a market on every Friday right outside the apartment. It's our second time staying here and definitely will be back again.

Very convenient location, in the center of everything, 5 minute walk from the train station.
Hosts were great with helping us put our luggage in early, even though they weren't finished cleaning the room, which was much appreciated.
Living room furniture is looking tired.

Apartment D was 2 metres from 3 nightclubs outside the window noisy until 3.30 am

Location, comfort, a complete household in mini form (I could do laundry as well). I liked the way the owner / contact person worried about the heat of July 19th (hottest day of the year) and offered us a cooler apartment, afraid the airco unit wouldn't work (it did - we just prefer not to use it).

We came with 3 friends for a metalfestival in the city center. It was either this or a tent. Apartment was great for this purpose, but not for many other purposes I think. Shower is good, and so are the facilities in the kitchen. Very friendly host who put up an extra bed for us. There was a cold beer and wine available in the fridge.
Apartment is warm. The 2 windows are small and you want to keep them closed during the night because of the noise in the streets below. Apartment D is right across a bar that stays open at night until 05:00, so noise cancelling plugs and/or headphones are advised. Eventually we opened the door to the public hallway to get some oxygen into the room.

The apartment is located near the big square in the middle of the city center. The Fries museum is just around the corner and all other highlights are reachable by food. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. Apartment was very clean.

We loved the apartment and the location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the city centre. Close to shops, restaurants, train station etc. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The downside was the street noise at night time due to people socialising. It was tollerable Thursday and Friday nights but on the Saturday night the noise from the music from what appears to be a night club underneath was horrific until 2am. It persistently vibrated the entire apartment. Aside from that the location and apartment would have been perfect.
