Cozy, clean comfortable. Nice location close to the beach. Good walking distance to local attractions. Easy to work with renter.

This is the cutest little apartment that is close to the beach and some shops. Loved the location! It was great having an outdoor shower to get the extra beach off.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location could not be any better for beach access, as well as shops and restaurants. The backyard space and games were nice as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

I really enjoyed the location. You can literally take twenty steps to the left and you are on the bridge out to the beach- twenty steps to the right and you are getting ice cream at the Sugar Shack!!

It was as pictured and described, clean and neat. Beach access is only a stroll down past two or three houses. The area is very convenient for walking to get food or drinks, and there are two ice cream shops if you have children both within a block of your stay. There's a coffee maker and plenty of cooking ware if you want to enjoy a meal "at home" with an IGA a short drive away.

My husband and I stayed a week for our 35th wedding anniversary and everything surpassed our expectations! The property owners were wonderful! Location was excellent! Definitely will return!

Close to the beach and everything we needed for the weekend. It's not new and shiny, but everything was as advertised, clean and functional. Bed was comfy and outside shower was a bonus for rinsing off after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to go back to relax after a day at the beach. Heads up for getting ready for a night out bathroom is small. I think a new shower curtain would be good too. Bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on, on a vacation. A little updating would be good! A door from the room to kitchen would be great. Our last night was the only time we had a small issue. Whoever was saying upstairs or beside us was smoking outside and we could smell it inside our room and their conversations were loud and late at night. That’s not the owners fault. But Tybee Island was a cute place to visit. Enjoyed Savannah too. Will come back next time with our kids.

We went to get away. This property was nice, cozy, and peaceful. The property was very close to the beach. And the back yard was lovely it had a tiki bar, games, and lovely seating areas. I can't wait to go back.

Just like the pics but the backyard area I had not seen was amazing and welcoming it was our favorite part and we didn't know about it until we arrived

This little place was just a great spot. Right there at the beach and just a quick turn away for. The main strip. Perfect place to stay at. And Pat was a delight to speak with.
