Our group loved the beach and kayaks.
I appreciated the exceptionally clean house, fresh flowers, coffee, wine and chocolates.
It was a very comfortable house. Kitchen and dining areas were great. Lots of towels and new bedding. But the 5 bedrooms downstairs could use another bathroom. Showing a floor plan on the website would be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay fully! The host was lovely! The house was well stocked and very inviting. Everybody had a nice bedroom and enjoyed this vacation. We will definitely want to return again in the future.

You want a great water getaway location this is it. Quite peaceful Hayden Lake and this home is amazing. This house has everything. Water toys, dock to rent a boat, plenty of space.
Best family reunion/getaway we could have asked for.
Owners are awesome and helped with everything we needed.

We had the best week at this lake house! It’s stocked with everything fun! Plenty of rooms to spread out and enjoy. The private beach and view is amazing! Nice relaxing vacation!

Beautiful house and property very clean and well maintained. Owners were very generous in supplying needs and wants from paper and cleaning supplies to towels and entertainment equipment. We especially enjoyed the fire table on the main deck. It was a wonderful stay.

Great house to take your boat with you and visit Hayden Lake. The location of the property is on the least used part of the lake so limited boat wake and all the amenities you need to enjoy the watersports!

Great place for a family gathering.
Our three adult children and their families all joined us at the lake house. Plenty of space and fun for all. A great place to get together.

We had such a terrific time gathering as a family on this lakefront paradise. There were countless activities and games for kids (and adults) of all ages, including lots of equipment to enjoy the beach and lake. Highly recommended!

Consistently great
This was my families 3rd year staying at this property. We have thoroughly enjoyed every year. Leading up to this trip, Rachel Called with some potential bad news about the lake, air quality, and other concerns. She was VERY transparent and active in her communication. My family decided to still go on our vacation and it was still a really great time. This property has everything you need as if you lived in the home. It has such a “homey” feel that you will immediately be comfortable.

Perfect escape to relax
This property is amazing! This was our second trip here. We were a party of 14 and fit perfectly. The views are gorgeous and it is easy to walk right out the door to the lake with plenty of seating and towels. Owners are wonderful to work with, very responsive and kind.

We were lucky enough to book this property. It was so much more than we expected. Plenty of room for the kids and adults to spread out. The beach access was perfect and they supplied water toys. The owners were friendly and very helpful. The property was very clean and had everything you might need. We will definitely be back.

Great Vacation House!
We had a blast staying at this house! We had our annual family vacation and this was the perfect house to have it. Rachel was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. We loved having plenty of space for everyone, and loved the beach at the lake! Would definitely recommend, and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Warm and Inviting Retreat
A beautiful home, well appointed, warm and inviting! A gorgeous setting, very private and quiet! All of the amenities you might need (and then some) from the kitchen to outdoor recreation. Our family enjoyed walks, fishing, pedal boating, SUPing and kayaking. With a boat rental from the marina we were able to take in and enjoy more of lovely HLake along with a picnic lunch. Also, brilliant sunsets, evenings around the fire- all precious memories of fun family togetherness. This was a remarkable haven, thank you for sharing it!

Perfect Lake Vacation!
Remarkably clean throughout the house. Made it so much more comfortable to know how much care went into cleaning the entire place.
Hosts were incredibly gracious and thoughtful, greeting us with roses, snacks and wine (and, again, impeccably clean). They responded within an hour to every inquiry.
They have all the water toys you’ll need, and renting a boat from Hayden Lake Marina was easy and added a lot to the experience.
They have every amenity you’d ever need, but provisions are ~45 mins away so plan accordingly.
We’ve been renting homes for ~10 years and this was our favorite stay

Amazing lake retreat
This is the second time that my family has stayed here. Each time has been amazing. The owners are very responsive. They offer pack and plays for little kids and when the cleaning crew forgot to leave them out, Rachel coordinated for them to be taken out within minutes of me sending a message. The house is literally “move in ready” and just an amazing retreat. After two vacations here in two years, and planning for next year, this place is becoming a tradition for us! We had 8 adults and 8 children ranging from 2months to 11 years old and there was plenty for all to do. This place is a gem!

Family togetherness
Our family minus one daughter enjoyed this home to the fullest. The accommodations were exceptional. High quality home and owners who are communicative and a dream to interact with. I highly recommend everything this rental entails.

Beautiful vacation home
Spent 5 nights at this beautiful lake home, pictures don't do it justice. Everything was spotless, ready to go. Plenty of towels for boating, kitchen had more gadgets, dishes than most restaurants. This truly is a vrbo that comes fully stocked with everything you need. We loved the space, convenience of the dock. We never had even the slightest issue (other than having to leave). Thank you for sharing your bit of paradise with us.

Great location, owner, house and beach.
We have been renting on Hayden for 20 years and this place was close to perfect. I am hesitant to write that..because I am selfish and want to make sure we can get access to it in the future.

Beautiful Lake House
This place was amazing. Rachel and Jeff were so accommodating and very responsive. Access into the home was easy. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with all the things you have in your own home. The house was everything described online and more. The best part was the lakefront access. Our own private beach and dock were perfect. There were plenty of toys to play with in the water and the owners provided more life jackets than we needed with our party of 17. We rented jet skis for a couple of days and docked them at the private dock. Super convenient. We can’t say enough good things about this home and the owners. This was a great experience and highly recommend.

Great for families!
We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids age 5 and under and it worked out great for everyone. The home is very well organized and Rachel does a fantastic job of communicating during the process. An added bonus was a great fireworks display from the neighbors across the lake on the night of July 4!

Wished we didn’t have to leave
Weve visited several VRBOs. This is the first one I’d rebook without hesitation. Rachel was excellent at returning my calls and answering my questions. We were looking for a fun trip for two families to get away and get some rec/family time in and THIS WAS PERFECT. Home is well equipped with everything. Plenty of recreation equipment to play with. We rented a boat from the marina and had it delivered. We never had to leave (but we did leave a few days to enjoy some hiking and a trip to Sandpoint and lake CDA). We will be returning. And we will be returning to lake Hayden, not CDA. It’s perfect for families, low key, low traffic. We were sad to leave.

Great week, perfect House
We are a group of 6 couples that travel together every year. We enjoyed this house immensely. It had plenty of room, the kitchen was very well stocked with anything and everything we could want or need! All the toys and towels for the lake were enjoyed. The bedrooms were decorated lovely and waking up every morning to the beautiful lake was wonderful. We especially appreciated the table seating for all 12 of us both indoors and out. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive and the house was spotless! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Been there, done that, we’ll be back!
This house was great. From the moment we got there and saw the fresh flowers on the table and welcome basket of candy and popcorn, we knew this was going to be a great vacation. We had 9 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room for everybody. Rachel was very nice to deal and was very timely and efficient in correspondence. It was clear to my whole family that Rachel cares about how our stay was and she strives to make our vacation a great one. We will be booking another trip in the very near future!
