It wasnt meticulously cleaned.By the childrens bed.You could see a Mcdonalds potato chip in between the two beds. From the previous users of our room. A long hair strand too on the small bed.

I was not given the correct family room I booked because of that good for nothing manager who changed my booking to the room with a double bed and a single bed. My children were squashed in the single bed whilst I booked the family room ( 2 children and 2 adults) through booking.com.
