This place needs an update in their furniture. The furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on in the seating area. The dishwasher needs to be repaired. It didn’t dry the dishes completely.

Almost everything was perfect. I would definitely go back. HOWEVER, I didn't give all 5 stars because the dishwasher was absolutely disgusting. The racks, especially the bottom one, were covered in brown scum. The dishwasher can't be working properly being in that condition. It needs to be replaced.

My family of adults and teenagers stayed in '2 Sandals Cabana' (at the end / back of the driveway, which isn't clear with the directions) and very much enjoyed the location. We would have appreciated more seating in the living space. The fireplace heater was very pleasant. The kitchen amenities seemed great, though to be honest we only used the refrigerator and the microwave. I appreciated that a lot of towels were supplied. We don't recommend the sofa bed, because it squeaked a lot, but the regular beds were comfortable. The highlight was how easy it was to walk to the beach and to local coffee stores etc!

My husband and I wanted a comfortable rental close to the beach, that allowed dogs, and the Sandals Cabana delivered! might be a little small for 2 couples, but a family of 4 would love it! For the 2 of us it was perfect. About 30 steps and you're in the sand overlooking the ocean with Haystack right there! Quiet street through beautiful neighborhoods gets you right into downtown. We slept great, the beds were comfortable- that's not always the case! We loved our time there!

Check in and check out was super easy. Place was clean and cute. Everything worked. Everything was walking distance. The beach was maybe twenty steps from the front door. FANTASTIC!!!!!

The oceanside cabana at Sandals was wonderful for our group of 4 plus pup. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, two separate bedrooms for privacy, nice sized shared spaces (kitchen dining living room areas) and cute outdoor seating with grill. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend. The unit could use a paint job on the white interior walls. Also 10am chekout is sooo early!

The location of this cottage is no doubt amazing! Unfortunately, it's also teeny tiny for 5 guests! Though it has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen the living space can only fit 2 adults on the couch and anyone else has to sit in dinning chairs. The bedrooms have dressers "in" the closets making them unusable. Half of the dresser drawers are broken. Some of the bed pillows are stained as was a bed comforter. The mattress on the couch was nothing but springs. Good thing, there were plenty of towels including dog supplies! This place is well loved and in desperate need of a deep clean like grout, bath tub, bathroom door and carpet. Window coverings were in tough shape too. It's time for repairs and paint. All and all, the rental company was great! Check-in and check-out was a breeze! Don't get me wrong, this is a cute little place with a very reasonable rental rate, it just needs some TLC. In the future, I might rent it again, but only for a max of 2 guests!

Well accommodated for a group up to 4. Vertical blinds in the living room and one of the bedrooms do not work correctly and need to be replaced. Neither had all the blinds still attached and neither truly closed correctly. Allowed anyone outside to clearly see into one bedroom and the entire living room. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything a group would need. Great oversized refrigerator / freezer. Plenty of utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Nice pots and pans. Would stay again if the vertical blinds are replaced.

The cottage location was convenient for beach access. I’ve stayed in nicer places for the money. I wasn’t able to work because the internet was to slow. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and the place not very inviting.

In addition to the horrible animal smell the entire unit is showing its age. Worn out and dirty. We left early after staying there one night. Do NOT rent this property. VACASA, to date, has been terribly unresponsive. Multiple attempts to reach out to them - no responses.

Bedroom TV didn’t work. Tried all the cables and resetting it. Not the end of the world but would have been nice for the kids at bedtime. Also the spare blankets smell awful. Possibly from sitting in the drawer but could definitely use a wash. Pull out bed had stains all over mattress. The room was on the beach which was great. Very easy access and parking right where you stay.

Quick walk to the beach, though it doesn’t have an ocean view. Cozy, it was plenty warm in December, love the propane fireplace.

Cottage was quaint and close to the beach and town. The house smelled like dogs so that wasn’t very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and house kept nicely.

Excellent location, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen well stocked, great water pressure in the shower. The only thing that needs attention is the pull out sofa. It is very uncomfortable and tilts down towards the wall. Please replace it.

We loved being about to walk everywhere. The property had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

My mom and I stayed here for a Mother’s Day getaway. We had so much fun. The location is so close to the beach and close to town. It was quiet and clean and also the tv was easy to work and use. We had a great time!

Lovely, cozy place very close to the beach. Comfortable bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen! We wish we can stay longer.

This had a great location and was one house direct walk away from the beach and our room did have limited ocean views. The unit was well cleaned. They had a good entry area that you could sit outside on a warmer day and a hose for washing off sand before entering the property. My wife and kids did meet one of the owners or property managers and she seemed very nice and even had fresh flowers in a vase outside the unit. Our kids also liked that one room had Netflix on the TV so they were able to watch a movie one evening. However, the inside of the property definitely needs some TLC. Imagine paying for a Hyatt Regency hotel and getting a Motel 8, this is what our experience was like. Everything is just cheaply done from the furniture, to how well the kitchen was equipped, to the pillows on the beds. I'd suggest the owner spend a few days living in their rentals. For example the kitchen doesn't even have a cookie sheet, the spoons are either pretty large soup spoons or small stir your tea spoons, the chairs in the living room are not what was pictured and instead flimsy Ikea like chairs. The unit definitely needs a paint refresh. The unit had a funky smell to it I'd guess mildew. The parking was pretty tight with having a mid-sized SUV as it is a shared driveway with another property and if that property had all of their parking spaces used I would have been unable to park in our parking spaces as there would not have been enough room to get by. We were able to make due, but if you are going when the other property is full you may end up having to find another place to park. In short, I will most likely not book here again as we highly prefer VRBOs that are treated and appointed like the owner actually spends some amount of time living in the unit as well.
