Very quiet. Great lakeside location. Adequate utensils etc. Etc. Highly recommend

Health warning, MOLD smell in bathroom made us ill!!! Hosts are excentric and I was betrated by male host when leaving. Heard about damage others had done to property for 45 minutes when arrived. Told me property looked good at check out, then charged us $150. After stay for damage we did not do. Beware not safe or pleasant stay!!! VRBO DOES NOTHING TO HELP GUESTS AFTER STAY. Nightmare not a vacation 😭

We enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend and loved the sound of the waves and the beautiful view of the lake. Bonnie and Bob gave us balloons and card for our Anniversary and was a sweet gesture.

We loved spending time at this pretty suite on the water. It was wonderful being able to have our double sliding doors open to the sounds of the bay and feel the cool breezes blow right into the room. We also loved the knotty pine vaulted ceiling. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise the first morning and enjoyed watching birds fly up the shoreline. We even saw a bald eagle fly by! The kitchen was small but cute and adequate to do light cooking. The refrigerator was plenty big and we loved the hot/cold water despenser they have. We took advantage of the gas grill in the screened in gazebo. That was nice. The bathroom was nice but the floor in front of the toilet felt like something was not right structurally. We also didn't like having a door that we couldn't from our side, right by the sink and toilet that leads into the owner's house. (We didn't realize that the suite was connected to the owner's house when we booked this lodging.) We were apprehensive when we first pulled up. But I decided to give this listing 5 stars because the suite was so nice and such a great value for the money. Bonnie who gave us a welcome tour was extremely friendly and welcoming. And we never heard anything but the murmur of soft conversation from the owner's house a few times, so we felt like we had plenty of privacy. (There are neighbors but they didn't bother us.)

Great host. Very comfortable suite. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan just steps away from your room. We highly recommend it. We would love to stay again.

Where to begin? Bonnie and Bob are so sweet! Lovely to deal with, and they got us balloons and a card for our 25th anniversary. The view of the lake is wonderful! My favorite thing was reading on the screened porch listening to the waves. HEAVEN! The bed was super comfy. We were there when the weather was unseasonably cool, and we never needed the air conditioning. The electric fireplace created a cozy atmosphere we enjoyed every evening. We highly recommend Amore' de Bay!

The place is dusty and needs all the cobwebs cleaned. The "continental breakfast" is a joke, consists of cheap walmart donut holes, cookies and fruitcups. Also, be prepared to be insulted by the owner, Bob.

Bob and Bonnie were super hosts. We had the most relaxing vacation we have ever experienced. Just what we planned and needed. If you want a quiet location with a super view this is the place. We loved our walks on the beach and swims in the bay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This property was just the right size for 2 people. Enjoyed being on the bay and made several day trips from this location. Owners were very accommodating.

Bonnie and Bob were second to none, having been out 50th wedding anniversary, those two were more than awesome, everything was squeeky clean, property was shown and explained, checkout went smoothly as well. My wife and I have all intentions on returning, great location.

Just beautiful everything you want and more, I totally loved the calm peace and quiet which was very relaxing exactly what I was looking for and picturesque as well with cool lake breezes.

View was as advertised. Additional amenities such as grill, hammock and swings a big plus. The breeze off Lake Michigan was very nice. Would love to stay again.

From the moment we stepped in we saw how beautiful it was. We had an anniversary card and balloons to greet us! Everything we could have ever needed was provided. Gracious hosts, super nice, friendly, ready to help in any way, as well as allowed us our own private time. We are happy to share this experience by telling all of our friends. We wish we could spend all our time listening to and watching the waves come in.

This was a great place to hide out and relax. Very grateful for the weekend. Would recommend.

We enjoyed walking on the shore. The decor was cozy and very clean.

This place is a piece of Heaven on Earth! Everything was clean, the decor is beautiful, it's right on the water and was even stocked with wood for fires. We arrived later then we planned to and the hostess was a joy to meet. She gave us a tour and even had balloons and a card waiting for us! We will absolutely be back.

This is a very nice property, and Bonnie was a gem. Loved our room. We would definitely stay again. Great tour of waterfalls in Marinette Co that were beautiful. I would say that vrbo misleads you by thinking you are closer to Door County, unless you have a boat it is a long drive, 2 hours.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Amore de Bay and enjoyed the experience immensely! The property owner greeted us like family when we arrived, and every aspect of the property, inside and out, was designed with privacy and comfort in mind. We were steps away from Lake Michigan, and we could see the sunrise, sunset, and moonlight on the water through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room as well as from the screened-in gazebo (the gas grill was awesome!). Trust me when we say that the photos on the website give only a glimpse of this property's beauty! We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic property for our week stay. Lake within steps of cottage. The pix don't do this property justice. Bonnie greeted us to explain everything inside; & if you need anything call her! We never knew the owners were next to us. Pure bliss; property has everything we needed.

This is a gorgeous spot to relax on the bay, swim, read in the hammock, even cook. I went up to the road to Wells State Park where I hiked. Bob and Bonnie thought of all the little touches that make a stay special, and I didn't have to remember to pack a thing-- they even had coffee and half & half ! This was supposed to be a romantic weekend for my spouse and me, but he couldn't make it at the last minute, but I enjoyed myself on my own just the same!
