I had a reunion with friends and this was the perfect, quiet spot to relax. We enjoyed Watson Lake, Montezuma's Well, Beaver Creek, downtown Prescott, and just sitting on the deck. The photos don't capture how epic the views are!

Perched high on a hillside above Prescott Valley in a quiet neighborhood yet the inside was wonderfully European in flair. The eat-in kitchen has a granite top table from which we enjoyed our meals with terrific early morning or sunset views. My daughters loved nature watching from the deck with snacks, and the space was set up so well for bringing out our telescope to check out Jupiter and Saturn. The living room was very comfortable and everyone had their favorite spots for relaxing. My older daughter also enjoyed going out at night with the flashlight to see some nocturnal critters as well. My younger daughter enjoyed a bubble bath and said the bathtub made her feel like a fancy rich woman. Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away, so the location was ideal.

Beautiful home in the hills on the edge of Prescott. Great neighborhood. Plenty of space and privacy. My friends and I had a writers retreat, and we could not have been more comfortable. Owners were polite and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Stayed here with my wife, 3.5 yr old son, and our 8 month old baby. The house is perfect for little kids. Single story home, some carpet areas, and plenty of open area for them to play. The house was clean, well stocked with everything you need, and overall just a very nice property. Best of all is the deck and view. Can’t beat it. This place is a must-stay in Prescott. We will definitely stay again.

This property is in a great neighborhood with a great view! The house is cozy but spacious. We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Perfect location for exploring Prescott and other destinations such as Sedona and Jerome. Clean and comfortable house, perfect for a family. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. Have stayed there twice now and will definitely return.

If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy the view, this is perfect, with the bonus of being close to downtown Prescott. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Surprisingly, not as much wildlife as we would have hoped for, but that wasn't the house's fault. Perfect in every other way. Definitely recommend.

The part my friends and I enjoyed most was the deck, which was large, covered, and offered a great view of the surrounding area. It is also great for viewing stars at night as it is relatively dark in the area. The house sits high in the foothills, and the property drops away from the deck. The house was comfortable and well equipped. I was entranced by the bicycles decorating the master bathroom. The shower was fine and I wish I had tried the tub. Note: The water in the master bathroom has to run a very long time before it gets hot. The owner explained that this is due to the distance from the hot water heater. My friends said this was not a problem in the other bath.

The location was great. The view was great. Not all items were up to date or shared in the listing. The renters were particular about what they wanted, but didn’t deliver on their end. There was a two inch animal puke on the floor. They blamed us for it, when it was there when we arrived. We didn’t have any pets. Closet door had a crack in the mirror from side to side. Fireplace didn’t work note said due to prior tenant abuse. They also limit ac to 75 degrees. The dish washer wasn’t empty. You are expected to load it and start it before you leave. Closets had clothes No drawers available in the dresser. The family room kitchen and living room were open and clean. Plenty of space to hang out. The back patio has a great view and a table with plenty of seating. The master bath is a nice size, the paint is bright, but the bathroom is great.

This was a very good layout for the home. Had some wonderful views of the hills in living room and at table with meals. The deck was very large and facing one way in evening could see lights from town and turn around and sit back the other way....a million stars....beautiful . I was disappointed I didn’t see a deer at the trough but maybe it was because I didn’t get up early enough and they had already had breakfast 😂�. Very clean home. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Maybe one thing, a box of rags left in laundry room. I had to wipe down the outdoor table..outdoors plus Arizona equals dust. I just was not going to use the kitchen cloth. Had a wonderful time and was very comfortable Thank you

I stayed two times at this beautiful home on Prescott, AZ. The first time was in Oct 2018 and the second was Dec 2018 during Christmas, so this is a review for both stays. We loved the house and the peacefully quiet area. My daughter is attending a school in nearby Spring Valley so Prescott is very close by. In addition to the house being immaculately clean and in order, the location was very close to Prescott and a little over an hour's drive to Sedona. Lynx Lake is about a 10 minute drive for hiking and in the spring and summer and early fall canoe and kayak rentals and fishing. Finally, during our October stay we road horses at the Foot Hills Ranch in nearby Mayer which was a great experience with tremendous wildlife. We look forward to booking our next stay!

Thank you for having this great home to share with us for the Thanksgiving holiday. The best was the fully stocked, and I mean fully stocked kitchen to prepare our dinner for 11 us that came together from different regions of the country. There wasn't a bowl, slow cooker, pot/pan that we needed that wasn't in one of the cabinets. The house was neat and clean, and comfortable to settle into. You couldn't ask for better views from the deck, the beautiful area for outdoor activities (the Dells for hiking )within a short drive, and the fun walking thru the quaint downtown shops and galleries.

Fell in Love with Prescott because of this amazing stone quiet home. No rooftops,power lines or close neighbors just views of the mountains and gorgeous skies in a single level spacious open floor plan. Only a single stop light from Costco and Trader Joe’s our favorite go to stores. A bit dated and in need of some updating yet a lovely, very comfortable get away. Look forward to a return visit. This VRBO was described well in the advertisement. Older home but very clean and certainly easy to get to and close to all conveniences. The patio is something we used most evenings and mornings. If ever is this area for visit this will definitely be a great choice again.

Pros: The owner of the home was very professional and detailed. The home was very nice and the scenery was beautiful. Loved being able to go out on the spacious patio and drink coffee in the mornings. The rooms were nice and well taken care of, and the master bedroom was extremely roomy. Cons: (only one) There was way to many personal things left in the home. Shoes left out - Jackets left out - personal pictures hanging - clothes in the closets - clothes in the dresser draws. Very odd:/ We stay at a number of homes all over the country, and this was a first for me. If that’s not a big deal for you, this is the perfect place to stay:)

After putting in a hard day working out in the field, it was like returning back to a resort at the end of the day. We were lucky as we had a rain day, and spent a full 'office' day here. We would definitely try to stay here again if we get the chance.

This home was very well appointed and comfortable for our family. The setting and view were very peaceful and relaxing. We will be sure to stay here again!

Our family enjoyed the comfort and space at this home. We especially enjoyed the large, sunny deck to take in the afternoon sunshine and lovely sunsets. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views.. spotlessly clean.. everything you would ever need.. close to hiking, kayaking, good eats, but silent evenings and a sky filled with stars. Paved roads all the way. 10 Minutes max to town but far enough away you hear nothing at night and see nothing but dark skies. Jennifer is there for anything that may come up but nothing did:)

We had everything we needed. Lots of room to stretch out and a beautiful back deck where we sat and watched the sun set. One evening we were even met by a herd of deer just as we entered the property : ) The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the seating and beds were comfortable. Location is convenient to nearly all of Prescott and the surrounding areas. The owners are great to work with! A definite thumbs up place to stay in Prescott. Thank you for sharing your home!

This home provided us with excellent access to both Prescott (old town), Prescott Valley and the Granite Dells; the focus of our stay. The home is well furnished and easy to relax in after a hard day on the granite. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat in. I loved the simple fact that it had a exquisite nice tea pot which I used constantly! The home has great views as are advertised, but they were even better than we imagined. Often as we would return in the evening, there were wild animals in the driveway. I have lots of ropes and rescue equipment in my 83' Toyota Land Cruiser which I use all day and the property gave me the security I needed to secure it. The garage was not available however. It was close by to many fine shops and eating establishments. Easy to find as well. We gave simple directions to several and they found it no problem. The beds were very comfortable and firm which is a huge issue with me. The last rental not too far away had horribly soft mattresses which took a toll on my back in the morning. When I contacted the owner, she was very courteous and prompt in her response. We tried to work out the only issue of my stay which was the lack of very hot water in the morning. I solved this issue by fooling the hot water heater (a long ways away on the other side of the home) into heating water prematurely before I took a shower. But, the main thing is that the owner was very responsive to our needs. I would certainly hire this property again for my future needs in the area which are frequent.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Their house was extremely clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Our evenings were spent with our family sitting on the wonderful deck enjoying the beautiful sunsets and watching the deer. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice place with an awesome view. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Way better deal than staying in a hotel. I would would rent this place again. The rooms were spacious and the back deck is great for morning coffee and watching the wildlife.

The home was perfect for our needs. It has a large deck where we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The A/C wasn't working upon our arrival but the owners responded and had it up and running the next day. Trader Joes is close by which made it nice for our grocery needs. Town is close yet you feel far away. The home is very quite which we loved. We would rent it again.
