This short stay was amazing! The room was perfectly described and was comfortable and spacious.

Stayed here after the Grand Canyon and was very pleased with our room. We had a lot of room so my kids could play a little after being in the car and my mom had the pull out to herself and was comfier than most she said. Had a small table to eat at and free WiFi that was actually good. We woke up too late for the breakfast but had a ton of dining within walking distance for dinner when we got there and breakfast the next morning. Customer service was friendly and the coffee was actually good for a hotel with actual flavored creamers. Quiet room but sink was in the room so couldn’t use the light when everyone was still asleep and the shower took me longer to figure out to get hot water than to actually take a shower. Pool was outside and dark so kids couldn’t use after dinner so maybe some more lights would be a good idea to instal. But definitely overall pleased

The room was beautiful and clean. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.
If I had a suggestion for an improvement it would be to put a couple of benches by the front door, away from the smoking benches for people to wait for their rides.

The location was near abundant dining choices and entertainment. The room was clean and up to date. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. However, it was loud at night with cars and motorcycles. The room had only 1 chair that was a desk chair. It would be nice for rooms to have at least 2 comfortable chairs or a sofa.

Checkin is at 3pm, I went in at 2:30 and was told our room was not ready until 3pm. Okay. I went in at 3pm and there was a line because their computers were down. Okay.

We selected a suite and it was spacious enough for all 4 of us to relax nicely and not feel crammed in. The only thing we wish there was, is a vent/fan of some kind in the shower and toilet room. The entire room would feel a little muggy after someone would take a shower. But overall it was a nice stay. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Will stay again on our next trip to Prescott Valley.

As hotel was a no bring in good pr drink, when requesting a real glass, tgey did not have one on the property.

The huge beautiful clock in the lobby...didn't work.
I was in an accessible room, loved the space.
The shower head was positioned too high for me to reach.Im 5' 1". I am not wheelchair bound but it would have been very difficult for someone who was to reach and adjust the hand held shower head.
The most annoying issue however was when I woke at 3:30 am and went to make myself a cup of coffee, there were 4 packs of "Decaf" and no regular.

We did a very spontaneous night get away and went to this hotel. It was affordable for a weekend night stay and not super far away from home for us. When we arrived i jumped out to check us in and i believe her name was pauline, she was absolutely pleasant and friendly. Very informative about breakfast and any questions i had. Allowed me to do a late check out right then instead of waiting. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great thebkids loved the make your own waffle area. The hotel is close to the main road and lots of food and shopping areas. All around very happy with our stay.

Carpets were a little wet. Like they were recently shampooed. But we’re not clean. My daughter’s Whites socks were black on the bottom after walking on the carpet.
And one pillow case looked like it had a couple little blood stains on it.

Checked us in around 1130pm, staff was very friendly and quick. We did not know check out was 11am and left about 11:18 with the staff being very respectful and understanding.

Just a quick trip. I wish u had tesla charging station. When i visit my daughter I have to get a room at springhill suites prescott. I rented a car this time but I would had rather have stayed with you and brought my car.

Nice location, hotel was clean and staff were professional. The only thing I recall negatively is that the spa created a LOT of foam when I turned on the jets - indicating poor pool water quality maintenance. I showered thoroughly thereafter.

Love Hampton Inns, but this time the bed was uncomfortable, pillows were all too firm, electrical outlet near coffee maker was not working.

Huge spacious room! Very comfortable beds and pillows. I wouldn’t recommend doing laundry here though…..only one washer and dryer, and the dryer doesn’t do a good job of drying.

We needed to add an additional night and didn't want to change rooms. We were upgraded to a King suite and really appreciated it.
