A great place to stay. A little out of the way, but that is what we wanted. Great communication.

The property is exactly what was listed. The price was so worth it. We spent 4 nights there visiting family nearby. Amy was a great host and was available through text with any questions we had. We will definitely book with her again.

Amy's place is fabulous. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the back yard. Our pup was in heaven. I highly recommend this property when going to the Prescott area. Far enough away to have peace and quiet, but close to many great attractions and parks. We will definitely be back. Quiet, up on a hill, and away from it all and still only minutes away from town. Exactly what I was looking for.

We visited and had out 4 grandkids stay with us. The girls loved their room with the bunk beds. I was able to park my RV in the driveway while we stayed.

Amy’s place is wonderful. Everything was neat and felt clean from top to bottom. She provides everything you could need and then some. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and sheets, comfy beds and sofa, plenty of room for everyone, it was all just great. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. Any questions were answered within minutes, great communication. The yard is so cute and well landscaped, there were lovely birds and other wildlife everyday, and the fenced in yard is perfect for pets. Located on top of a hill so the views are beautiful, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. We wished we had more time to spend there! It’s and easy drive to Prescott Valley where you can find anything you need - food, gas, groceries, etc. This was our favorite place we’ve stayed and we will be coming back. Great place, great value, I truly cannot say enough good things.

Very happy with our stay at Amy's place. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great views and a very peaceful location. Amy was a very attentive host and answered all of our questions quickly. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have stayed here as our Son and family live in Prescott Valley. We really do love this place. Amy is very nice and kind. The house is spotless and has lots of towels and other amenities for your stay. There is a wonderful view, great barbeque and places to sit outside and enjoy the view. It's nice and quiet. We will be back. I highly recommend staying here.

The home is situated on a nice private lot with a fenced backyard and beautiful views. The home is by far one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The check in/out was seamless. The location of the home is easy to access and private yet only minutes from shopping and food. There are several hiking trails nearby and would highly recommend Watson Lake.

This is the most amazing place I have ever stayed at that was listed on VRBO. Clean and so nice. Mattresses were unbelievable. Slept great.

This rental is very nicely furnished. Furniture all looked new and very comfortable. The home was spotlessly clean with very nice appliances and very high quality bath towels. Communication with Amy, the owner, was excellent. The scenery was beautiful and listening to the neighbors roosters each morning while sitting outside with my coffee was so relaxing. My husband and I will definitely rent this place again when we will be in the area. We were in Dewey for the weekend for our friends wedding. Since we had rehearsal dinner Friday night, wedding Saturday afternoon and evening then wedding party brunch Sunday morning we didn't cook or grill at the house at all. Look forward to going back and taking full advantage of the home.

The place was super clean, new items. We barbecued, enjoyed the views and the super quiet nights. The road is dark at night so I don’t recommend arriving after dark. Thanks! Very nice

This place is excellent. Clean and much bigger than expected.

I was in town for 2 nights to visit a friend that I had not seen since before COVID. The house is exactly as described and is exceptionally clean situated at the top of a hill with really nice views. The rural setting provides for a lot of quiet and peace. Plenty of towels and a really large TV in the living room. The WiFi is super fast and the bottled water in the refrigerator was a nice touch - no complaints. I'll stay again for sure!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's home in Dewey. We visited for both business and pleasure and found the location to be perfect for our activities in Prescott, Prescott Valley and nearby. We tried 2 closest restaurants and both were great. Tons more to choose from as you get nearer to Prescott and Prescott Valley. Home is clean as a whistle and neat as a pin. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Check-in was problem free. Wonderful setting for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Quiet and tucked away. Great sight for bird-watching too. This was such a great value for us compared to a hotel stay: More space, safer and roomier parking, no dancing bears in the room above, no hallway noise, full kitchen...we could go on and on. A+

The place was clean with all you need for a night or a month. I would recommend this place if you are staying in the area. The owner was on top of the whole stay right from the start all the way to the end.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a week. We were just minutes from where our Son lives in Prescott Valley. We enjoyed sitting outside at night and enjoying the views. The outside barbeque was great and perfect backyard for the dog. The king size bed in the master was very comfortable. The area was very quiet and I felt safe. We will definitely come back.
