The condo was very nice and 3 minutes from out daughter's house. We discovered that the morning sun came right in the master bath window very early and HOT! We covered it as best we could to give us a little more time to sleep. This is only a suggestion, but maybe some film can be put on the window so that it would be more energy efficient and keep it a tad darker in the the master bedroom.

Our stay at Sue and Howard’s condo in Grayhawk could not have been better! The condo itself is beautifully furnished and the layout is perfect! The proximity of the unit to the 101-highway made it so easy to get around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and fully stocked with all the equipment needed for food prep. Also, there were plenty of extra supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. At one point we had an issue with the dishwasher. Sue had the repair person on site within 30 minutes. Sue was VERY responsive to any questions we had and usually responded immediately upon receiving the inquiry. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again or any other property owned by Sue and Howard.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation to be perfect. Lovely decorations and aptly furnished. We found that the condo had all the items we needed. The condo is in the perfect location to get to any golf course in the area quickly; we love to golf. The owner's communication was exceptional and she made sure we felt welcomed. We highly recommend this condo.

The condo was well equipped with all the things we needed for a great vacation: dishes, glasses, pans, utensils, spare paper towels & toiletries in case we forgot. Pool towels and toys for grandchildren were appreciated. Great location - close to Fry’s, Safeway, Costco, AJs, restaurants & the 101 loop.

The property was well maintained. The grounds are nicely southwestern. There’s a small but well equipped gym. Again the unit itself is fully furnished and completely stocked with supplies. Even coffee for the Keurig. The appliances are top shelf as are the towels and linens. The owners were easily available to answer any questions

This condo was beautiful and well maintained. Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed by the owner. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped with all the necessities. There wasn’t any noise from neighbors or surrounding area. We were happy to have a beautiful kitchen and dining area to have our Christmas dinner in and all the equipment we needed to prepare it. Sue was wonderful to work with.

What an amazing place to stay! Every detail of the condo was done so well; from the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and right at home. The condo was immaculate; everything from the appliances to the bedding to the towels - the intent is to make it so that you never leave! I visit Scottsdale often and I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Howdy - We absolutely loved the Condo! It was a perfect size and location for everything we wanted to do and people we wanted to visit. Close to everything and yet enough privacy to be very comfortable. Would recommend your Condo to anyone.

My wife and I have been coming to the Scottsdale area for years, and I can tell you that this condo is by far the best one we have stayed in. The furnishings were excellent, and the condo is properly taken care of. Sue was terrific to work with and was very informative about area attractions. This will be our go to spot when visiting each year.

Everything about this condo is fabulous. The pictures are exactly how it appears! Great location, close to many grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter for shopping and more good places to eat. Totally remodeled with great furnishings. Sue was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed, clean condo has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Close proximity to great grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, golf and the freeway makes it the perfect vacation spot. We liked it so much we're coming back next year.

Staying in this beautiful condo was just like being at home. We had everything we needed, including soft water. We have soft water at home. All the furnishings were first class and if we needed something, Sue was available. Would stay again!!

It’s close to everything from hiking trails, golf courses to restaurants, shopping and the 101. The condo is furnished beautifully and fully stocked. The area is lovely and residents are very friendly. Sue responded quickly on any questions we had and was very helpful. We look forward to another visit.

Loved the condo, location and all the high quality furnishings and appointments in the condo. This condo in terms of furnishings is nicer than all the hotels I have stayed at in the area including the Princess, Four Seasons, Andaz and the Boulders. We have visited Scottsdale over a dozen times over the past 5 years and this would be our first choice compared to all the luxury hotels in the area and a much better value. Sue was easy to deal with and very organized. The unit is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
