We will definitely be booking this home again. The house was a perfect size — large enough to feel like you had your own space yet cozyat the same time. The amenities were all as-promised and the location was great. The house was well fitted with good furniture, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitched that allowed cooking large meals. Property management was communicative although we had no problems so it was really just around check in and check out. Im sure if an issue had arisen they would have been on top of it. The one time I messaged them they got back to me within a few minutes.

Lovely home base to explore Scottsdale and enjoy the house amenities of pool, putting green, outdoor seating and basketball! Close to many restaurants but well stocked to cook at home. Comfortable bedrooms and spacious living areas

The house was large, clean with a great backyard. No issues at all. The communication from the hosts was exceptional. Exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. A great value especially given hotel prices in the area.

Great place to getaway!

Not as well kept up as we expected. TV's were a mess. Called for help, told to go watch a YouTube. Never could get the big TV in the main room to work. Not user friendly. Hot tub has no cover holder, have to wrestle the cover off the tub and slide onto the ground. Really hard to get cover back on. Controls are in the back and no light back there, stairs are in the front - you have to walk around in the dark on the ground were the scorpions live. Terrible setup. Would not recommend this home.

Home was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Very positive experience. No complaints at all.

The large home is lovely and in a great private neighborhood. It is well stocked and there was plenty of room for us. It is close to the Mayo Clinic Hospital, lots of restaurants and shopping. The sport court and pool were two big pluses for my son. The management team was available and easily reached for a few extra needs that arose. Although this wasn't a pleasure stay, my husband was recovering from a hospital stay, we enjoyed the property and would love to come back under different circumstances. :)

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and comfortable , which is what we needed. Close to everything yet quiet .

Totally enjoyed our stay in this property. There were 11 of us and the property was large enough that we never felt cramped. The grandparents especially enjoyed their separate Casita. The house is beautiful and the yard, pool and patio were wonderful. The hosts were very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Overall would highly recommend this property.

The house is nice but don't count on the advertised pool and hot tub. We paid for the pool to be heated but the water was not even close to being warm enough to use. The hot tub worked for an hour then shut off and they refused to fix it.

Everything you could hope for in a winter golf getaway. Luxurious accommodations, great location and extremely helpful property management. Super comfortable and tons of things to do both on-and-off the property. Would love to stay here again on future trips!

My family and I wanted to spend the holidays in Scottsdale. This house is great for a family, is well-appointed and located near lots of shopping, restaurants and hiking. The Cadaci property management team is very responsive and helpful. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely rent here again.

Had a terrific stay here! Location is awesome! Close to freeways, Mayo Hospital and lots of restaurants & stores. We could walk to Starbucks and dinner. Gate staff was very friendly to us. The property managers- Ken & Erin were so helpful & accommodating- they replied quickly to any questions or concerns we had. The pool was acting up and they had a repair man out as quick as they could. We really enjoyed the backyard space with the pool, basketball court & putting green. We spent lots of time outdoors. The home was set up so well. Kitchen was supplied with any dish or appliance you would need as well as coffee, spices and condiments. So nice to not have to purchase all of that. Laundry was convenient and bed & bath linens were clean & fresh! I loved getting out for walks everyday in the neighborhood and even getting in a round of golf at Grayhawk. My daughter was very comfortable recovering here after surgery. Our three weeks here went too quick. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We hope to be back someday.

The location was great and close to all parts of the destination wedding. Accommodations were phenomenal. I rated cleanliness a 4 bc we found the expresso machine still had packed grounds in the holder, but no big deal... could easily be overlooked. The check in thru "home away"? made another step to checking in frustrating bc i couldn't remember what password I needed and ultimately when we arrived the gate guards had to bother the owners to give us access. Cindy the property manager couldn't be more responsive and quick to answer any questions we had! GREAT!!!!!!

Great location for our venue! Accommodations were phenomenal and Cindy was very attentive and quick to respond to all my needs and questions. I was frustrated with having to do an additional step with "HomeAway" to check in/register before arriving which I couldn't remember or know what password they wanted . Needless to say that didn't happen and caused a short delay with the gate guards upon arrival. But overall, GREAT! thank you

The house was just as stated and pictures were exactly has shown. It is in the Grayhawk Golf Course area, but not on the golf course itself. We had nice walking within the area and could walk to stores and restaurants. Family enjoyed the basketball court and pool. Ken and Cindy, the host manager., were very nice to work with if we needed something.

The home we rented for 4 days was very nice and had all the amenities. Very good people to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Four guys in Scottsdale for a golf trip and the accommodations were perfect. Very comfortable home to relax and enjoy the setting. We plan to rent it again next year.

House was great! I wish the pool had been heated but we enjoyed the community pool so it was warm enough for kids to get in:) there was plenty of pots and pans and dishes, we cooked almost every night!

We have rented 5 VRBO properties in Scottsdale/PHX over the last five years. While all have been great, this was our favorite. Great location in Grayhawk. Kids loved pool and court and our 15 year old enjoyed his own casita. TV by pool perfect for NCAA March madness. Property in great shape. No issues at all. Thank you for a great stay.

This house is wonderful ! The location is perfect, close to golf, restaurants and shopping. The house layout is great, super comfy and beautifully decorated. Fantastic back yard, plenty of TVs, closet space and a cozy private casita ! The owner was great to work with. I had an issue with the TV in the casita and she installed a brand new TV the next day! I’d definitely rent this place again !

Great property. Everything was organized and easy to use. Owners did a great job of pre- answering all the questions we had. Rooms were wonderful. Lots of tvs everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was truly a small slice of paradise. Words cannot describe what a wonderful house this was and better than what was in the photos. We stayed here with our adult children and grandson. This house was huge and provided more than enough room for everyone and amenities as well. The configuration of this place worked perfect for us. Our daughter, her husband and 6 month old grandson stayed in one side of the house in the enormous master bedroom (had two huge walking closets, large walk in shower, soaker tub (with flat screen tv) and double sinks. There was a high chair and port-a-crib in one of the master closets that worked perfect for our grandson. Next to the master bedroom was a huge foyer, good size sitting room (with flat screen tv), large living room and kitchen overlooking the pool and half size basketball court (with a large wire basket filled with basketballs) which was well used by our group.. On the other side of the house was two additional bedrooms (both very large with big closets) and large bathroom with double sinks. Outside the house (by a few steps) was a small casita with large bathroom, closets, bedroom, desks, etc which our adult son really enjoyed. Wifi worked well throughout this property and our son-in-law loved that there was 3 flat screens in the living room (1 large tv on top with 2 smaller tv below). This was a sports enthusiastic dream, he was able to enjoy 3 different sports games as once. This place was fully equipped, had everything we needed and was close to stores and restaurants. The house is in a gated community but the access to/from was easy. We had a few friends visit and it was simple to call the guard gate and have their names listed so they could enter the community. This is a Must Stay Here place when we return to Arizona.

Great home couple issues with satellite but they fixed them right away .. we enjoyed the home very much !
