Great value & very comfortable.

We loved the large rooms with the separate sitting area and kitchen. The rooms were bright with good lighting, and we appreciated all the drawers and shelves for our belongings. The curtain dividing the sleeping area was a really nice touch. The rooms were perfect for our family. The pool was also a decent size for actually swimming laps. What we didn’t like was that breakfast didn’t start until 7 am and that the gluten free options were limited. Some gluten free bread or baked good would have been nice. Also the first morning there were no more vegetarian omelettes left or they didn’t have them when we arrived around 9:15 am. There was also a smell when we came back to our room after being away all day -almost like a garlic smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom. It was pungent. Thankfully it disappeared by the next day. Also we wished there had been a safe in the room. Overall it was a very good experience.

Relatively new. Fine now; but, I got the sense it won't hold up well. Weird layout of bathroom. They want to do every other day room service, but there is no place to hand towels or washclothes to get them dry. Soap for sink is 3' away from the sink (including a 6" gap between the counter and the wall). Pillows are barely there. Pool; no hot tub.

Great location. Room was clean and spacious. The soundproofing in the rooms and windows was excellent. We weren’t disturbed by neighbors, hallway noise or the elevator, despite the fact was directly across from the elevator bank.

Staff exceptional. I was theremon a vacation but some were there because of adjacency to Mayo Clinic/Scottsdale. I was very touched by the kindness shown toward those guests by the staff.

The check-in process was the fastest I’ve ever seen. That was awesome since we arrived late and were tired. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The toilet handle was broken, but still worked when messing with it. Did not ask them to fix it since we were only there two nights, but did report it when we left. Overall the room was very clean.

Room was great! Breakfast was great. We were truly able to relax.

Clean hotel, great location, and quiet!

The property is very quiet and clean. The kitchenette was a great addition. Good size refrigerator and the microwave certainly came in handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Nice clean friendly place. Only complaint is that bathrooms should have bar soap and lotion.

Great breakfast and always refilling coffee. Convenient to have mid-sized fridge in the room. Had to pay for parking. Internet was a hassle. Screw poking through in the headboard, and musty smell.

So many problems. The worst was the air conditioning, or, lack thereof. We moved rooms, but it was SO HOT we could barely sleep. There were a number of broken items, and it wasn’t particularly clean, or pleasant. We stay at the Home2 Suites in Mesa Longbow, and it’s 100x better.

Friendly staff

Had a great time with my family while staying at the hotel but only thing is not to much around the hotel.

The accommodations were nice and clean, however, the hotel was far from any fast food our conversation store. Loading up your store with more options would have helped as I had just had surgery and could not drive.

The front desk attendant was very customer friendly, and I felt welcomed and safe right at the start. She even gave me 2 bottles of water, and I had just come off a 2.5 hour drive across the Arizona desert. Also, the room I stayed in was cleaned and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-put together and the bathroom was a joy to be in. In the morning there was a well presented breakfast with good choices. Coffee and teas was available 24-hours. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and anyone else traveling through Arizona. I give it 5-stars.

Very clean and new location of Scottsdale. Decent breakfast in the morning and a fast check in process!! We will be back! Great Rate!!
