Clean house in a very convenient location. Fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The house had everything a family would want on a trip to the cape. It was so great to have such a wide selection of beach items, games and puzzles for the kids and so many household and kitchen items already available. The location was very convenient to many fun cape activities. Caron was super responsive and great to work with. One small warning, the stairs are a little steep to the upstairs. It was totally fine for our family, but you would need to be cautious with early walkers or anyone unsteady. Gates were provided.

House was immaculate and bedrooms very spacious. Only issue is that the stairs are very narrow.

The house was well stocked including the updated kitchen, games, & beach supplies. Just a short walk to the pond for a relaxing view. Excellent location to beaches, restaurants, & the CCRT for biking and walking/running.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our family gets together once a year from all over the US and decided to stay at a new place this time. This house ended up being perfect for us. We enjoyed the large kitchen, enough bedrooms for all of us to sleep comfortably and our favorite part was the deck outside with a large table to enjoy meals. Caron was also very responsive anytime we needed her. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to the cape!

We were two families traveling for a summer getaway and Caron’s house was great for us. Super well stocked and great communication. We enjoyed our stay.

COVID kept us from having a true family vacation over the last couple of years. It was great to get back to the Cape! Caron was an extremely gracious host. She provides everything you would ever need to enjoy your time in Yarmouth.

Everything was great. Very organized. Very clean and tons of things to make ones vacation better. Bikes, beach gear, games, etc….

First time to the area for a wedding and spent the week exploring the area! We loved the location of the home and had everything we needed! Caron was wonderful to work with and definitely some amazing memories made! Thank you!!

Very clean and well-laid out property. Very nicely laid out kitchen, with plenty of space for food. We were provided with extra table and chairs for small holiday gathering. The property close to Rte. 28 and ocean side of mid-Cape. Easy to get to from Rte. 6 without traveling through densest part of Barnstable/Hyannis. Not far from beaches and Cape Rail trail.

We loved this house! The location was great, close to shops, mini golf, batting cages, and the water park. Downtown Hyannis is just a short drive and is filled with cute shops and restaurants. The pond is a little bit of a walk but so nice and the little kids loved it! It’s shallow for a ways so if you have littler ones it’s perfect. We also brought kayaks and made a day of hanging at the pond. Caron was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had and was in contact for our entire stay. We have gone to the cape many times and this was one of our favorite trips!

The property was lovely and they had everything you could ever want from reading glasses in the kitchen drawer to wrinkle releaser in each closet. Two rooms had queen beds and two doubles.

Caron made this rental an extremely easy experience. Any questions were answered quickly and many suggestions were great fully appreciated. Property was clean, and comfortable from the first time we entered. Organized so everything was just like home. Thanks for sharing. Loved the location and quiet outdoor space.

Caron’s house is in great location. It is walking distance to a very private and nice lake as well as 5 min drive to the beach. The beach is really nice and great for collecting beautiful shells. The house is very clean and its is the best stocked house i have ever stayed in. Caron was a great communicator and was very flexible with our check in process. Great experience all around.

This was a property that has been updated and is meticulously kept and close to Rt 28 so very accessible. The property owner was extremely organized and it was so easy to stay. The kitchen and relax area was perfect for game night and family fun. I think the owner thought of everything!! The pond is a walk or bike ride away, but the street is a bit busy to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in this home.

We really enjoyed our vacation to the Cape staying at this house. EVERYTHING we needed was provided. Carol goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable while staying in her house. Very clean and updated house. We would definitely stay here again!

My kids (girls age 6 and 8) and my friends and their daughter stayed at Caron’s place for the week. It was an awesome week! Caron is so responsive to calls and texts and everything we needed in the house was easy to find and use. It was a great location (close to different parts of the Cape that we explored). My kids said they wished they could “live in Caron’s house all year”!

The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had clearly been incredibly thoroughly cleaned, for which we were very grateful. The local pond was beautiful, the nearby beaches were great, and lots of places nearby to entertain everyone. We played a lot of mini-golf, went hiking around the national parks and did a lot of bike riding on the CCRT, which is very close to the house.Would definitely come back, and recommend the house for a family holiday

A beautiful house well equipped & well stocked for home cooking, indoor activities and time on the beach. The private lake, a walking distance away, was a great hit with the little ones who kept going there daily.

Wonderful house in a great location! Very clean and organized! This house had everything we needed for our stay, including bikes and beach accessories. Perfect for a large family, or group of friends. We will defintiely remember this place for our trips back to the Cape!

The house was comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. The owners were responsive, helpful and kind; we would return in any season. Steep stairs difficult for two year old, otherwise fine.

This home was the perfect base camp for exploring and discovering Cape Cod. We really appreciated the guest book for reading about first hand experiences, beach reviews, and must see places. This property had all the amenities...beach chairs, beach toys, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, comfortable beds, A/C & fans in every room, movies, games, great internet, necessary essentials....Etc. This home was fresh, clean, organized, plenty of parking, sunny deck, peaceful, easy living. Loved the private neighborhood fresh water pond which was nice and warm for swimming. We also enjoyed the sunrise during our morning walks at Seagull beach. So many beaches to see! We especially loved the sunset beaches recommended in the guest book. I feel like this home would work for any season of the year. Thank you for opening your home and creating the perfect space for us to relax and enjoy beautiful Cape Cod! Susan & Heather

Loved the home, beautiful kitchen everything you need and great deck with a Weber grill! 5 minutes from Seagull beach loved location near great golf course Bass River. Beautiful outdoor shower! Water pressure is amazing in the two bathrooms inside! Loved our stay

Had a problem w/refrigerator door not closing but we called & Matt came right down on a FRIDAY night!!!! My only problem was the yard....but I'm sure after spending all the time renovating the inside that was not a priority . If it was just adults No problem but w/two little ones it would have been nice! All & all it was lovely!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was equipped with everything we needed and then some!
