Had a good time. House was as advertised. Lots of room for everyone. Well stocked kitchen and other amenities.

Our family came to town for a wedding and all stayed in the home together. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and spaces to spread out. The pool was lovely. There were some maintenance issues (doors that got stuck closed, spa jets not working, a/c vent that leaked onto a top bunk, a broken iron). Jeff, the maintenance person, was easy to reach and very communicative. Before realizing the spa jets were broken, I had asked the property manager how to operate them. I didn't get the help (or responsiveness) I hoped for. I'd recommend this property management company do regular checks on their property to keep it in tip top condition. While I appreciate Jeff's responsiveness and communication, due to factors out of his control most of the issues didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay and impacted our experience.

Very nice property. Well maintained. Attentive to immediate needs. Family friendly. Definitely would visit again. City rules for quit time was the only restriction hard for a family on leave.

Had a great time here. Lots of space but also we’ll set up for everyone to get together in the same room to hang out. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room for socializing and gathering. Huge table with lots of chairs that let us all eat Easter dinner together! Rooms were great too, home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more.

We arrived just after 6pm. to find the property was not ready and there were two men cutting holes into the walls to try to track down a leak that was causing damp in one of the bedrooms. We had had a very long journey, with a huge amount of traffic, and were looking forward to a fully functioning, relaxing environment. What we arrived in was far from it. You had all our mobile numbers, so there was no reason why we could not have been notified ahead of time of the problem. As the property was not ready and there was a lot of noise and dust. we left them too it. When we returned later that evening, we found that one of the bedrooms was still uninhabitable due to the smell, dust and a large hole in the wall with plastic sheeting taped over it. We were then disturbed the following day by the cleaner who had come to change the bedding and do what she could with the bedroom. But the smell was too strong for anyone to sleep in there and we also have asthma sufferers in the family so could not risk it with the damp and dust. As a result two people had to share in bunk-beds which was not what they wanted to do. We had specifically booked your 6 bedroom villa rather than a cheaper 5 bedroom property as we wanted each of the young adults to have their own room. We had been in hotels for the previous two weeks so were looking forward to some much needed space. In addition to the loss of a bedroom, and the regular problem with no heat in the spa/pool, we also had to deal with two potentially hazardous issues: a gas leak from the boiler and a faulty control knob on the cooker, that if set to the ‘off’ position in line with the other knobs, did not turn off the gas! On a separate note, we were extremely concerned and uncomfortable about having cameras covering much of the downstairs of the villa and the potential invasion of our privacy. I understand the need for some surveillance when the property is un-occupied and that these cameras are not supposed to be active when the alarms are not set. But we do not know who controls them and whether they are on or off. With young women in the house I think that if you must have this level of security, that the cameras should be covered when the property is being rented. As this is a recently converted property, I am sure that these are teething problems that can be resolved for future guests, but for us these were both a significant inconvenience and very risky given the two gas problems.

We had 16 on our family trip to Disneyland, plenty of space and bedrooms for all. Very nice to have ensuites in most of the bedrooms. We did have a hiccup with the alarm on the sliding door on a Saturday evening however they had it repaired promptly on Sunday morning. Tons of cookware, plates and cupboard storage. Great location with all amenities a short drive away.

We have a large, family with 12 adults and 8 grandchildren, the property was perfect to accommodate everyone in a bedroom. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the family, also the large kitchen table provided hours of family time eating and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped to feed and serve this group. Everything was as advertised, we will stay again..

Beautiful property with plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for 14 people. We really enjoyed the huge dining table that everyone could gather around together all at once. The property manager was very responsive whenever I had a question. Overall was a wonderful stay!
