We had a great experience during our stay. Megan is quick to respond to anything you might need but chances are they’ve already thought about it and whatever you might need is waiting for you at the condo or in the guidebook! From one planner to another this was an amazing stay packed with great suggestions for the trip along with some great tips about the area too!

Me and my friend came to celebrate our birthdays. The location is perfect. Not busy and perfect for uber pickups and drop off. Very peaceful at night.

Everything was perfect to visit Nashville for the first time and enjoy the city before we saw Taylor Swift!! Very clean very safe well communicated back and forth and cute goodies for us as well. Highly recommend again and again!!! Worth the money!!

Great property. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Melrose neighborhood has so much to offer. A quick Uber to Broadway, the Parthenon, Belle Meade Plantation, etc. Several awesome breakfast spots in walking distance. Wonderful restaurants close by in 12 South area (also walkable). Amazing Hattie’s B’s location nearby. Megan, our host, was so helpful. We were celebrating a big occasion and she helped our friends surprise us with a gift. She even added her own special gift to personalize the occasion. It made me cry happy tears. We’ve never had such an incredible host. That alone is worth the stay because it made the trip feel like staying at a friends place. Thanks. We’ll be back!

Weekend trip to see my daughter at Belmont. Location and parking made it easy to get around and all the special touches in the studio made it comfortable, modern and charming. The outside of the building doesn’t Match the lovely inside. Melanie was so helpful and made the process super easy, as well as the “app” with all the helpful information about the property, restaurants and things to do.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The host were exceptional and so accommodating. Communication was a breeze! The location of this place is perfect it was never more than a 10min Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Megan and her husband really know how to make the experience great. Would recommend 100x over.

I love staying at Lonestar when I’m in Nashville! The location is great for walking and getting around town. Megan has thought of everything you could need for a wonderful stay! Super convenient, super comfortable!

Cute property, pool was a bonus
Very clean and tidy, the snacks and note the hosts left were thoughtful. They provided a bunch of ear plugs, but noise was never an issue for us. Was great having the pool on the hot summer days we were there. It seemed lightly used, we often had it to ourselves. Short ride to downtown or several good restaurants in the 12 South neighborhood (which we walked to).

Great location! Prefect studio for a long weekend getaway. Wonderful host with welcoming package, hand written message ...a very personal touch. We would highly recommend and look forward too another stay.

We were very happy with our stay at this location! The inside was welcoming and inviting and had absolutely everything e needed for our stay in Nashville. We were visiting friends in 12South and this location was closer to the highway than 12th Street but that made for easy access to and from all of Nashville. It was a bit loud but that’s to be expected in Nashville. The hosts had ear plugs available just in case :). If there is one singular thing I would change - the lighting was a bit bright white lights, but honestly 10/10 would recommend this location and be back any time in the neighborhood!

Enjoy!
We enjoyed our stay, it’s very clean, the kitchen has everything you need, plenty of space for a couple. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s enough seating to accommodate everyone. We highly recommend this studio and if we’re back in Nashville, we’d definitely book again.

Cute and clean as a whistle. Walking distance to cute shopping and eating areas and grocery. Easy uber ride into the city. Very comfortable and the owner was very accomodating.

Great Location
I was here for work, very nice and just as described. Such a comfy and cozy attomosphere, beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Melrose is listed as being a little noisy, It was actually pretty quiet, I did stay thru the week, but no problems with noise. I would deffinetly stay again, Thank you for listing thru VRBO, I loved my stay.

A perfect studio in a great location
My dog and I just stayed for 4 nights at this darling studio. The unit had everything! The complex had a large grassy area to walk my dog. The end unit is great with lots of windows and great light. Helpful guides for the area are provided. I’m already planning my next stay there in a couple of months. Awesome experience!

You can tell how much they love renting out this space by how they have thought of everything you could need. We could walk to many eateries and the other neighborhoods like 12 South are within walking distance as well, making this a great location. Loved it!

Cozy and convenient
This little studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. The building seems like an old motel that has been renovated into a bunch of short-term rentals. I could hear neighbor's music and dogs but people weren't being raucous and the hosts graciously supplied earplugs. I appreciated the little desk and reliable internet, since I was working during my stay. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Parking was ample, although there's also a lot you can walk to in the area. I'd recommend this for a solo stay or couple's trip.

Nashville vacay!!
The studio was absolutely amazing! It’s in distance if walking to restaurants and coffee shops. Pool was not crowded:) We also enjoyed being not even 10 minutes from Broadway. We will be back again thanks to Megan & southbound stays for everything including fast communication!

The Nest is my go-to spot for my frequent visits to Nashville! Super convenient, always clean, quiet and comfortable. Megan loves to host and it shows. They have everything for an enjoyable stay plus extra details to make it special!

Fabulous find in the heart of Nashville.
Megan's place was lovely. Check in was easy- she sent very clear & concise instructions on how to find the place and get in. The places were very cute and cozy! She went the extra mile by leaving us some goodies. The place is walking distance to 12 South and the Gulch (if you're willing to walk more than half a mile, which we were), but it is also extremely close to several other restaurants (Hattie B's, Love Peace & Pho, Sutler Saloon, etc). Would stay here again!
