Exactly what we had hoped for. Close to all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away so we didn't hear the nightlife noise and music at night. Highly recommend this one-bedroom piece of paradise.

This was our first visit to St. John, we visited over Christmas. This Condo is in the perfect location to access restaurants, ferry, bars, and grocery. We rented the Jeep from this listing as well and it was so convenient. Although the condo décor is a little dated and has been well utilized, it was very clean and had everything one would need and more. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a rental; we had great nights of sleep while visiting (my husband can never sleep well at hotels). We had full control of the thermostat and it was very comfortable. The property manager and local management are very responsive and friendly. Our flight was delayed 2 hours coming in and everything still went perfectly on the St. John side. Since driving is on the left side of the road in St. John and there are not many street lights beyond town, my husband was very happy he did not have to drive out to a villa in the dark and could have a few cocktails and just walk back to the condo at night. During the day the island was easy to navigate and get to places we wanted to go. Walking around Cruz Bay is expected and vehicles yield to pedestrians. Having a pool on property was great especially after hiking or a hot day at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cruz Bay, St. John. This condo was in a perfect location. It's walking distance to the ferry, taxis, restaurants and shops. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the views were great. It's the perfect place for 2 people. We even rented the jeep which was well cared for. The owner and property managers were friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here..

This unit was perfect for our family of 4! After not being on St. John since 2016, this location was exactly what we have been wanting to book. Super close to everything and the owners were super helpful in accommodating us with their Jeep which came in handy to freely explore the island. Unit was clean with everything you need (except for groceries of course). Great view of Cruz Bay, nice pool and gym areas, and walking distance to many restaurants and quickie mart for last minute essentials. Look forward to booking again in the near future!

The rental had a comfortable king size bed, full kitchen, nice patio with beautiful view. Beach chairs/towels/coolers. Would rebook this place again!

We came with two very young kids and they had a great time. Each morning we woke up and saw the boats on the harbor from our breezy breakfast table. Resort staff were very supportive and available. Location is super close to good bars and restaurants and is literally steps away from an actual beach (though not the best beach on the island, but that's okay). WORDS OF ADVICE: If you're coming with kids, don't pack their sand toys; this unit comes with a complement of sand toys. Also don't bring beach towels or umbrella or cooler, because the unit has all those already as well. Also this unit comes with a free designated on-site parking space for your rental car, which we brought over on the ferry from St Thomas.

The Cruz bay condo is in an awesome location and walkable to restaurants, beach and bars! The condo had everything we needed an as an extra there were beach chairs, bug spray and sun screen.

The shops, restaurants and bars were all very close by. It was great to have just a short walk back to the condo after dinner. The property does need updating in some areas especially the shower where the tiles seemed to have been painted over and were peeling. At night we had to close the bedroom door because there is a panel in the ceiling in the hallway with a bright light that cannot be turned off. The most irritating thing was that even though we were not sure if we would be given a parking spot we were given one upon arrival and check in however someone was in the spot and we were moved three more times. We would pull in to garage after long day and our spot would be taken. Each time we had to go to office and they would tell us that we had to move to a different spot instead of moving the people they had given a parking tag to that was our spot. Would not stay there again if I had a car I needed to park. Office would just apologize and hand us a different spot each time a lot further away.The last two times in a different building than the one we were staying in.

Very nice place and super close to restaurants/bars in Cruz Bay (just outside the complex). We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the pool and hot tub. There were never anyone at the pool and hot tub and we had the place to ourselves. The owner was very nice and called me prior to our stay as I had a few questions. Definitely recommend staying here.

Location is ideal...walk to everything. Jeep rental totally worth it. Can't wait to come back!!

Clean, convenient location in Cruz Bay. Highly recommend Grande Bay for your vacation stay.

We had an amazing time at the Estate Enighed. The only thing I have to mention was the bed. They really need to get a new mattress. I woke up every day with a sore back. Other than that, we will definitely be back again. We loved it. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location is perfect. We walked into town everyday.

Condo was awesome. View was awesome. Owners were very prompt with any questions.
