Best Western is my go to hotels anywhere I travel. My room and stay were superb.

the place is huge however it does not feel as an hotel, they rent the place for conferences and the pleople are going around all day, the breakfast is poor and the place unpleasant to have a coffe. When we were inside the room somebody just open the door asking to fix something we did not ask for.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. No issues. Exactly as expected.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was temporarily closed. It's not part of the hotel but it is a good restauraunt and not much comparable nearby.

It was close to Frederic Back parkrun, so the location was perfect for me.

It’s really close to the overpass, so there’s traffic noise all night.

Lovely staff. The room was lovely and clean, Lovely firm mattress made my sleep glorious! Security head was very kind and accommodating with extra requests.

Room felt a bit empty, no art and coziness. Got only two teeny-tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No microwave. The bathtub would not plug, water would still leek thru.

All the staff was exceptional. Very accommodating. The security at night was a pleasure to speak with, and very helpful and informative.

Hard to find parking in the evening.

Tout etait super vien nous avons pas eu d’oreiller d’extras pour les enfants nous avons demandé au comptoir. Pour le prix jai trouvé cela quand meme cher pour une nuit de 4hpm à notre sortie 8ham ! Pour le dépôt ils nous avaient jamais dis qu’il avait un dépôt pis en plus cetait plus car nous avons payer débit 😔 mais nous nous sommes faite rembourser à notre départ. Le petit déjeuner etait bien bcp de choix de fruits 🥰

Faire certains que les chambres ont des supports pour leurs manteaux, si la chambre est pour une famille préparée d’avance les oreillers et les couvertures pour ne pas devoir appeller en bas . Et pour se qui est du dépôts expliquer par téléphone avant ou par courriel pour pas que ce sois une surprise à notre arrivée.

Great location, easy parking, nice breakfast, great employees. Fresh ground coffee in the lobby 24/7. Big room with a very comfortable bed. Parking is directly opposite the entrance under the highway. Not the most pleasant parking area (construction-type of dirty), but suitable, free and well lit. Will definitely return.

L'emplacement est à 10 mètres de L'AUTOROUTE 40. Et le stationnement qui est en dessous l'autoroute ! C'était sur que mon auto n'y serait plus le lendemain matin. Besoin de plus de caméra et éclairage. Ah oui ! pour accéder un stationnement qui est à 10 mètres de l'hôtel il faut faire un détour de 5minutes en auto oui oui sans blague :/

L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. J’étais dans le 5e étage c’était du tout pas le fun la bas.

La chambre était super grande et le lit était très confortable, la chambre et salle de bain étaient très propre. Il est bien sonorisé malgré qu'il se trouve à côté de l'autoroute.

L'emplacement et la propreté, le personnel super gentil aussi.

Beaucoup de bruits extérieur et intérieur (clim bruyante, couloirs bruyants). Petit déjeuner très basique. Check in long. Toilettes bouchées.

The manegment was so rude. They refused to refund me the first time because my meeting got canceled even though booking.com told me they will issue refund, so when my neeting in montereal got rescheduled I booked again with them. The frond desk guy was soo rude to me and The full experience wasn’t the greatest.

The breakfast was good but can be improved. It was almost becoming a routine menu. Different varieties could be added. It was very nutritious though.

Their weekend prices was so high. We would have loved to stay for the duration of my work but I had to change hotel due to the weekend prices.
