One Bath towel was not clean

Room clean and spacious. Continental breakfast excellent. Enjoyed lemon water and chai tea in the lobby. Check in was fast and reservations for spa reviewed and confirmed upon my arrival.

Although I chose a basic room given only staying for one night, the TV in the room was smaller than the one I had in my travel trailer. Also limited programming available. It was great having the spa across the street, the only issue is crossing the 4 lane street/highway on foot to access the spa. Not an issue of the hotel, but sidewalk only partially available on hotel side so again had to cross busy street when walking to nearby restaurant for dinner.

I especially loved the breakfast room overlooking the river with a nice warm fireplace. Excellent coffee!

Water pressure when others took their showers was so noisy it woke me up many times.

The spa is amazing! Definitely a highlight of the trip

There were ants in our room but the staff were great and moved us to another room.

Only stayed for 1 night, but everything was great. Good location, very clean and friendly staff. I would recommend.

Everything was wonderful and very comfortable. I love that there isn’t any outrageous fees to bring my small dogs.

I wish it had spa areas for younger children. I was with my 9yo and unfortunately she could only use the outdoor pool. It rained and was chilly a few days so she wasn’t able to swim. I do realize that not every child is as well behaved as she is and that’s one of the reasons the rules are in place since it’s supposed to be relaxing.

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The restaurant was nice with a beautiful view out the windows on two sides

I saw tea bags but no hot water. Also, there were little cards they put on the tables after they were cleaned saying they were disinfected, but after guests left, the cards were still there. There should be someone removing these

The hotel is well kept with a bonus of a location next to a river and with a pool.

Breakfast was moderate at best, without much variety or quality.

the highway crossing was loud and busy and we had a hard time crossing to the spa, should be a bridge
