Not too far from the city. Standard family room was big enough. Breakfast was good.

Older building that they have done the best they can with but looks dingy.

Everything was awful! I wonder how you can allow this hotel to be listed on your webpage! Rude staff! Dirty! Nobody was responsible! They opened the door of our room many times without any permission! I paid for a room with a bathroom but the shower was not working and they asked us to use a bathroom in another room every morning! You can find the attached photo of the construction they were doing during our stay in the room and it was bothering and very impolite. I got frustrated! I was disappointed!

This place got potential, but also need many improvements. Overall it was a great and fair priced stay for Metallica weekend events on Olympic Stadium (which is only about 3km from hotel). Surprisingly comfy beds, friendly staff, and convenient parking.

The picture you showed is very much out of date as it's very run down, and the last day by 8.45am we went to breakfast and there was no food or coffee left , there was no one on reception and no way of contacting them , not one of our better experiences .

everything was terrible, staff was rude, I felt very unsafe, very unhygienic, actually left a few hours into my stay because I could not sleep there. I felt like I would get attacked by the receptionist who I caught getting undressed in a closet.

the breakfast table can be done better with little more options specially breads and a toaster maybe. because when we went for it at around 9 am it was all over except for the coffee.

The room was exactly as the photo. Bed was comfy. I think is better that most of the hotels within the same range price.

Hard to communicate in English with the staff, so if you don’t speak French you might struggle. Only 7 parking spots for the whole hotel (so don’t trust that note that says you don’t need to reserved it) if you move your car most likely you won’t find a parking when you come back. The breakfast they offered is not a real breakfast, it is just unhealthy/packages snacks and apple juice boxes. They only leave 3 oranges for the whole hotel and there is no area where to sit to eat, so it is for to go or for the room.

The location was very good and the receptionist was very helpful to check in.

The rooms were not as clean as one would have expected for a hotel we had two people in the room and we run out of hot water halfway through second shower so I couldn't wash my hair.

Bus across the street. Not far from downtown. Self service for entry was good. Staff very polite. Free parking a plus
