South Beach was the yearly vacation destination for my family when I was growing up. It was very good for our souls to be able to revisit it as adults. House is perfectly situated for easy beach access. It has all the things you need for a comfortable stay.

House had a great old Florida cottage feel. It wasn’t super fancy, but clean and quaint with everything we needed. Super close to the beach which made for a beautiful morning stroll. Didn’t love some of the unique mystical decor but the mattress in the main and one of the guest rooms had just been updated to large king beds which were comfortable. The master bedroom is like a retreat set apart from the other rooms. We were there in December but I imagine a summer stay would be especially amazing because they have everything needed for outdoor beach fun in the garage.

This property was perfect for our group! We were three adult couples visiting the area for a wedding and this was perfectly located and perfectly stocked! We made great use of the beach and were so happy the rental had chairs and umbrellas. Everything was very clean and cute and the owner was extremely responsive to the questions we had. Thank you, would love to rent this spot again!

Great location, pizza less than a block away around the corner, < 2 miles to great groceries, coffee, anything to need.

This is a great property. It is steps away from the beach and has all the things you could want for a beach day. It is also not far from Ocean drive. I highly recommend.

The property was a moments walk to the beach. It was smaller than expected, tiny kitchen and living room but clean and cozy. We were a family of 6 and made it work. The owner showed up as soon as I mentioned the dishwasher wasn’t working well. He truly cared that we were satisfied. The house is sturdy, old Florida with cool terrazzo floors.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Aqua Cottage. The house is very comfortable, stocked with everything you need. The house is just steps to the beach and the grandkids loved all the beach toys, we loved the chairs and umbrellas. We would rent it again!

Nice, clean, modest cottage literally steps to the ocean. Was exactly as advertised. Nicely equipped kitchen and plenty of room for our family.

The place was perfect. It was super clean. The walk to the beach was very easy. It was amazing and we will rent there again.

This was the perfect cottage for beach access! And we walked to the beach daily. Everything we needed for our stay was available. From beach towels to updated pots and pans.

We loved the aqua house. It’s less than a minute walk to the beach and there are four very good restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are very responsive and if there is a problem, it is fixed as quickly as possible. The house is stocked with all the beach paraphernalia you could want-towels, umbrellas, games, boogy boards, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have booked for next year!

Super location Vero. This place is adorable and clean. It’s very well equipped and adorably decorated. The place is older, so it has the expected esthetic. We did have some issues during our stay, but they were quickly resolved by the property manager.

We're a senior couple who look for uncrowded, quiet areas to relax and enjoy reading, painting, walking etc...and we found it at this house. It's a touch of old Florida but very well updated and beautifully decorated, bright and cheerful. Just about anything you could want is there, several bikes, surf boards, huge washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, a good- sized unfenced yard for our little poodle to wander in, a beautiful beach right across the street through South Beach Park, and the location was ideal for us--primarily a quiet residential area with not much traffic. The back porch is shaded and a good place to sit outdoors in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed it and found the agent/host easy to work with and welcoming. I feel I have to mention to other dog owners that this beach (which we had never visited before) has some of the toughest dog restrictions we've run across in years of travel all over the country with our sweet little dog (who's blind and never done one bit of damage to anything or anyone) but we just adjusted to it, and it didn't diminish our enjoyment of the house at all. It's lovely and I highly recommend it for all ages. Something for everyone.

As expected. Chose this because of the location which we were familiar. Living space is a little tight but manageable for us.

Stayed with family for a weekend before heading to Orlando for a volleyball tournament. Was clean, spacious, stocked kitchen….and literally steps to the beach. Short drive to town for restaurants, bars and shopping. And recommend South Beach Pizzeria that’s literally walking distance right around the corner. Took a drive south and got to see manatees, too! Great place. Adults and teens all fully enjoyed!

We come back every year to this perfect little beach house. It's got everything we need, bikes, room and laundry and the location to the beach can't be beat. We don't use the kitchen much because we eat out most of the time. But we love this Aqua Cottage.

I would definitely stay here again but would love to see a few updates. The master bed was quite uncomfortable and the fridge’s temperature was off - not cold enough/light was out. With those updates it would be a 5/5 stars. Super convenient to the beach and close enough to town. It makes a great bike ride!

We were only at Aqua Cottage for 4 nights and really wish it could have been longer. It truly feels like a home away from home, and such a short walk to the beach!!! South Beach Pizza is literally around the corner and soooo good! Loved having the bikes(there are 4). There are tons of beach towels and everything you would need for a day at the beach!! Be sure and check out Waldos at the Driftwood resort. It is a 25 min walk by beach and is a fun outdoor bar/restaurant that often has live music right on the beach. We would definitely rent Aqua Cottage again and recommend to others!
