The studio cottage is equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The hosts have thought of everything! Perfect for 2 people who plan on spending most of the day out and about. The cottage is just steps from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Great patio and outdoor space too! We loved it!

This little place was nicely outfitted, steps from the beach, in a quieter part of town, and a shortish walk to a variety of food/entertainment. It is small, but it is accurately described in the Vrbo info.

Had a great time at this tiny cottage just steps from the beautiful beach! It is truly tiny, but we found it fun and perfect for my husband and I. Had everything we needed for the week, and was in walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants. Rob was a great host and responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend for those who love the beach and enjoy simple beach living!

We loved this place. It is tiny, but we had all the space we needed. Easy access to the beach. Just steps away. We had a fabulous time. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Super comfy and homey. The bed was very comfortable. Like sinking into a marshmallow. So soft. We cooked great meals and grilled out. The common area very nice and enjoyable.

We were made to feel most welcome and the owners were always available and most helpful. The property was fabulous and all our needs were met. We wanted for nothing and would definitely stay there again. We couldn’t have found a better location. Highly recommend.

This spot was perfect, walking distance from everything. The best part was the walk to the beach like 2 minutes. The sunset views were amazing, the walks very soothing and just overall amazing. Owners are amazing and quick to respond. Had an issue with WiFi and it’s was a tad late and they responded and came out to resolve the issue. Definitely 5 star service and would definitely be booking again. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Very cozy place. Had everything you could need. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge plus. Location so close to the beach. We were in the sand in one minute. Our host were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the property. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and organized. The location to the beach was literally a two minute walk. The umbrella and chairs that were provided by the owners was all that you need for a day at the beach. Also it was a 10-15 min walk to great food or short $6 Uber ride. Only thing missing was a cooler for the beach. Would definitely stay here again 100%

Perfect lil place for my husband and I. Walkable to many restaurants. Beach access steps away from the rental. Was really nice to walk back and be able to grab a bite to eat or use the restrooms. Communication with the host was AMAZING. Very clean and decorated so nice!

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our week at the studio. It was the perfect small space we needed to crash at the end of every incredible beach day. I was amazed at just how much stuff we could fit into the studio without it feeling over cluttered or crowded. We absolutely loved the outside courtyard, we grilled a lot, drank our morning coffee and tea in the tree house, and sometimes even had dinner out there! The bed was super comfortable, the ac unit kept the room nice and cold, overhead fan was nice at night, great shower, lots of clean towels and beach towels, a little bit of everything you’d need for the kitchen, super convenient to have access to shared chairs and umbrellas, supplied coolers, and loved having a laundry room halfway through the week. The proximity to the beach could not be better! A 2-3 min walk from the studio doorstep to the water. The beach is gorgeous, the teal water is breathtaking, and the sunsets are incredible! We typically love going to all inclusives in the Dominican, but didn’t feel safe doing so with me being pregnant. We were really happy with our second choice! A few of our favorite lunch/dinner spots within a five min walk of the studio: • Mahi tacos at the Beachfire grill • Coconut shrimp and island French fries from Palm Pavilion • Grouper anything at Palm Pavilion (better than Frnechy’s in our opinion) • Pina Coladas from Frenchy’s (virgin for me obviously 🤪)

The decorating nuances are unique and above par. Ourdoor patio and deck are a perfect area for afternoon cocktails or quiet reading. Easy place to get lost in paradise. Thank you Rob and Andrea.

This studio was exactly as described. Small, but it worked very well for us. The location is perfect--just steps to the beach and within walking distance of Pier 60 and all of the shops/restaurants (about 10 blocks away). We used the beach chairs, shared patio and grill everyday and met the nicest people in the house and cottage. We would stay her again!

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little studio. The owners were very helpful and extremely good with communication. Very clear instructions regarding check in and parking, and very accommodating. The studio had everything you would need and a lot of additional items most don’t provide. The description and photos are accurate. The only thing I would suggest is be advised that the refrigerator is small (although it was fine for me) so you can’t load up on groceries, and you may want to bring your own knives. The location is fabulous. Just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Clearwater beach and it did not disappoint. We had a great time! The Sedgwick Beach studio was perfect for 2 people and we really liked the layout of the property, it’s really close to everything around town and just steps to the beach.

Also the studio was especially clean and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful to work with and so friendly. Highly recommend!
