Our bill is messed up, charges that can’t be explained. Our rooms were not ready on time. The pool was dirty and the pool food was poor.

Everything was awesome. Beautiful views, close to restaurants, stores, ect. Employees were very friendly & knowledgeable on all our questions.

Had to pay for coffee, parking & ect. on top of the price for the room. I moved my car once that was it but had to pay almost $30.00 for it to just sit there. One would think for the amount you charge per night, the rest would be a courtesy. I am a member & got nothing except charges for every little thing.

3 días de hospedaje, nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto, el único día q recambiaron tollas, no hicieron las camas. excelente ubicación, acceso a la playa, pero todo es costo extra, solo incluye el acceso a la playa. Y las cosas a alquilar son CARISIMAS, muy caras realmente.

I'm going to demand my money back. I arrive and I didn't read reviews before hand because it's a Hilton. I arrived at the front desk and chatted with an Angie that was a wonderful front desk employee. We get checked in, they upgraded me for $40 total that's what I was told I asked if they needed anything else for me and they said no. I was only there for three days. The second day into my only three day trip. Get a call from Rhonda at the front desk. She proceeds to tell me that they need a credit card on file even though Angie at the front desk told me everything was fine taken care of and she had a credit card on file already. The short version is I spent hours on one of my three days when I spoke with Rhonda I said there's a card on file and she argued with me. Then she proceeds to tell me they're going to charge me 35 more dollars a day and I said no you're not it was already paid when I booked your booking.com. She told me I need to come to the front desk and take care of it. I told her I would come when I had the time and that I needed the district managers name and her response was. WHY DO YOU NEED THAT!!! I stated I would like to have his name and number and she refused. She refused. I told her I would get it when I came to the desk. I spoke with someone that is a Hilton awards member and they said you need to call customer service. I did And another hour or two hours with spent and then I had to get a hold of my husband that was home in Indiana to email and fax a credit card in for incidentals. The customer service gal told me that she seen them kick people out for not doing it I had paid $1600 for four nights I am going to do a charge back I am floored how I was treated in the unprofessionalism. The gal with customer care was wonderful on the phone she contact the hotel directly.

What could've been better. Rhonda was a horrible representation of the Hilton in my opinion. I own my own business and my own vacation rentals in Destin Florida. I would never ever treated guess the way that I was treated and I would certainly expect some compensation if I had. Also the overinflated prices came with zero amenities. A pool yes nice the beach you had to sit on the sand unless she wanted to pay a few hundred dollars a day to rent their chairs. The route staff especially Rhonda Rhonda was horrible. If I would've gone down to the front desk it wouldn't have been a pretty sight for the rest of my stay I avoided them. I would've really liked to seen them try to kick me out after I paid them fully through booking.com. They should be ashamed and she even tried to charge me for a car daily parking and I told her I didn't have one so if I see anything on my charge card my attorney will be the first one reaching out that only to booking.com but to the Hilton corporate.

The view from my gulf front room was perfect. More than enought outlets for all our electronics. Plenty of towels provided for us in the bathroom. Really appreciated the free bottled water in our room so we could we take our morning medications.

No handsoap by the bathroom sink. Would appreciate a written channel guide for the TV. All of us are not attached to a cell phone. The conference restroom was had an overflowing toilet one morning and the next morning the same restroom was out of toilet paper in my stall plus had an empty hand towel dispenser.

Our room was very clean and well equipped with bathroom products that was needed. They came in and cleaned our room daily, which was a plus. beds were comfy and the harbor view was nice. Quick elevators which was nice. Friendly staff. Perfect location and valet was nice.

The rooms were kind of small and the bathroom was very small for four people. The pool closed twice due to weather, but was closed for longer than needed to be. The wait time on food ordered was looooong. Could not bring coolers inside from beach area, so we had to take coolers all the way to room before entering pool area which was crazy. Children could not have beach balls in pool nor floats.

We liked pretty much everything. Drinks at pool are very pricey though

Que estaba muy limpio y tenía una muy buena ubicación, aparte de que tienes la playa saliendo y todo el personal es muy amable, además la alberca está templada y tiene un espacio para niños y otro para adultos

beach was lovely

Rooms were on the road, so was noisy until late as we could hear the bar music thumping until late, cars driving past all the time. We got back to the room at 5 pm after leaving the room at 7 am as we were jet lagged so up early, we spent the day at the beach, our rooms were not cleaned. The girls had an hours sleep, I put a do not disturb notice on the door, this did not stop the cleaner knocking loudly and the I answered the door she apologised, the same thing happened at 9 am the following morning when we were having to check out at 11am that morning.

The room and view were amazing!! Clean! Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and nice to not small chlorine!! Tiki bar with live music on the beach was great and we truly enjoyed

Although we were willing to pay the price we did for the stay, it would have been nice to maybe get a beach chair rental on discount or included with stay. Also, no breakfast or discounts included with stay.

Love the location and all the things to do at and around the property!

HVAC system in my room was so loud. Needs up dated with a modern system.

The employees are amazing so very helpful. I even messaged ahead and got the room I wanted I travel often they make it very easy for me with my luggage. The interior staff are so polite and so efficient always had everything I needed from towels to toilet paper. It seems like home when I come here. The front desk is late coming home. There are many friendly faces.

The location of the hotel was walking distance to Pier 60 and many other restaurants. Beautiful view of the sunset over the gulf each night. The room was clean. Short drive to BayCare Ballpark for Phillies Spring Training.

They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. $29/day to park, $35/day resort fee (for what?), $90 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach for the day. I'm already spending $600/night to stay here, that should include SOMETHING. Charge outsiders to park or rent chairs on the beach. Include these amenities for your guests! The pillows on the bed also suck.

We loved the location due to it being on the beach and staff were amazing and very helpful.

The value of what you paid for didn’t reflect what you got. Bathroom hooks were broken and falling off the wall, couldn’t bath the kids in the shower due to the pressure being so high if you wanted hot water. Lastly, you have to pay for the lounge chairs and umbrellas and parking. With what we paid per night, those things should have been included.

Que no se puede hablar en voz alta en la habitación por que viene seguridad a marte a bajar la voz, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y todo se escucha

Les deux préposées à l'accueil et leur directeur étaient adorables, avenants et très souriants. Cet accueil chaleureux a fait en sorte que notre expérience a été des plus agréables. Le personnel du restaurant a également été très poli et serviable. Tout le personnel que nous avons croisé nous a salué avec le sourire. L'établissement est très propre et bien tenu. L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait. La plage est devant l'hôtel, la vue sur le golfe est imprenable et toutes les activités sont à proximité de marche. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la culture d'entreprise et l'ambiance qui règne dans votre établissement. C'est notre première expérience avec la chaîne d'hôtels Hilton. Nous choisirons assurément à nouveau votre établissement si nous revenons à Clearwater. Pour nos prochains voyages ailleurs dans le monde, votre chaîne sera sans doute parmi nos choix privilégiés.

Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Location.

Old nasty room. Old ugly carpeting pulling away from the walls. Beat up furniture in main room and bathroom. Hair dryer cover soiled and stained plus filter full of lint. Not cleaned well. Found old pair of socks behind drapes. Behind nightstand is there is an electrical cord with 2 plugs attached to it and has at least a year of dust on all the wires and plugs. Not enough lighting. Couldn't figure out how to get the floor lamp turned on. I expected a very nice room being it's a Hilton. Didn't get it. Shameful room for Hilton.

Well not to much .for 1 you dont have enough PARKING .rooms are over priced ALL guest parking should be free , now with said your lot is to small for building. Beach OMG you dont need beds or shelters on BEACH period the is no room
