What I enjoyed about staying at this Hotel was how close the Beach was to the property. The room was clean, huge with a sizable flat TV screen, and they offer multiple towels just in case you run out. The front desk staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The housekeepers were also friendly and always asked if I needed anything for the room. If you're on a tight budget and need an affordable but nice hotel to stay at this would be the ideal location for you.

The staff made sure our room was cleaned and stocked with fresh towels everyday.

I didn't like that you have to pay for a parking pass everyday but I understand that's the area. It's definitely the oldest hotel on the beach but it has had good upkeep. The first night we stayed in the regular rooms and after we stayed on the other side of the road in the suites. The building with the regular rooms seem to be a party place at night and it was so loud but when we moved to the building across the road we didn't have that issue.

Hotel is a couple minute walk to Clearwater beach. There is an Ice cream store on the property. Pool and pool area is maintained and clean.

Rooms are a good size. But definitely need repairs and upgrades. Hotel is on the older side but great value.

Location was great. Spacious room. The price was very affordable.

Refrigerator was too small.

Very close to everything within walking distance. Rooms are very spacious.

Ac in rooms don’t work as good, our room door had a gap so it did not shut completely, walls are thin so you hear everything outside, small bathroom. There is no elevator so getting up & down the stairs with all of your things will be quit annoying.

Staff was very rude.
