House was perfect. Outstanding and highly recommend.

Our time at this house was one of the best vacations we have taken in a long time. We spent a week there and we feel like we had a month-long break. We felt like we had been transported to a different time and place. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend. There is a great shopping area within a couple miles with several choices for restaurants. The house has plenty of room and would be good if you were taking a trip with another couple/family. There are two bedrooms on each side which provides a good separation if needed. The house is Gulf front, so our favorite thing was just relaxing watching and listening to the waves. Bring a good book and prepare to unplug from everyday life. I didn't want to leave!

Great property brought the whole family kids and grandkids. Great home super location fun vacation we would highly recommend this property.

The house has 2 bedrooms with ocean front balconies and 2 additional bedrooms. The house easily accommodated our 12 guests. The main living area has an incredible ocean view. The house has a wrap around balcony/porch, fire pit, bbq grill, access to 4 bikes and plenty of outdoor seating. You will not be disappointed. We definitely will be back . Highly recommend!

What a dream come true Kokomo is! We had all ages from newborns to grandparents at the house, and it was the perfect family space. The views and private beach were stunning and it was so convenient to step right outside the back door and onto the sand! Every single piece of furniture was comfortable as can be. The kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware and both a coffeemaker and a Keurig. Having a pack n play and an infant bath tub at the house already was such a thoughtful touch. We grilled on the propane outdoor grill several times and even rode the bikes into town! No luxurious detail is left unnoticed by the Kokomo owners (soft-close drawers! Cedar-lined closet! Ample parking! Generous fans throughout!). Our toddler especially loved running along the wraparound deck and thought the outdoor shower was just his size :) Truly a fantastic property in the perfect location. Already planning our next trip back!

This property was exactly as pictured…a beautiful, clean and very spacious beach house 6 steps away from the beach!! We had 3 families with 4 children and there was plenty of room. The only problem we had during the week was one of the shower drains was stopped up. They came immediately and took care of it!! We all loved the Kokomo and will definitely be back next year!!!

House was great and right on the beach, steps to umbrellas and chairs, that were set up daily. Wrap around porch was very nice. All bedrooms were upstairs, on each end of house, so our college age kids on one side and parents (2 couples) on the other.

My entire family loved it! We had 2 sets of grandparents who got there own bathrooms then my family (4) and my in-laws family (5) and the other side was perfect for spouses and kids! Not to mention you are right on the beach! We never wanted to leave!

Beautiful view and BEAUTIFUL furnishings! I felt it was pretty clean outside of a few thing. However the house itself is over priced. The floors and bathrooms are a mess! And the location is not great. There’s no wear to ride bikes due to the roads being horrible and a little far from all the restaurants and shops. Most of the furniture seemed new and was very comfy! The view was everything we hoped it would be!

It is such a perfect fit for our family vacation with ages ranging from 1 to 60! There's no better location...right on the sand! Wraparound deck, parking for all 4 of our cars, view for miles...all perfect. We never pack a big cooler for the beach because it's so close to walk back to the house. The house comes with chairs and umbrellas as a bonus too! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are plenty, table for 10 with room for cards and puzzles made it fun when we cooked, also! Our family is growing so we don't know if we'll get to see Kokomo again in the future and we're so sad because I'm not sure we'll find such a jewel anywhere else. Thanks for the memories, Kokomo!!

It is not near public beach access... It has wonderful seating and air-conditioning and it is just a few steps from the sand. The deck as amazing as it is the upper deck. There are views of the ocean from almost every room in the house and they are amazing.

The house is an excellent location on a dead-end street (away from 30A) and right on the beach. It appears the house was once a duplex, that has been converted into a single family home (4BR/3.5BA) and is very well done. My only recommendation is for the owners to update the kitchen cookware. In normal times, people probably don't cook much, but in the current environment, I felt like the cookware needs an upgrade. Overall, great house for our party. Main level is open floor plan, spacious, beautiful views, etc. Great location and a very fun week on the beach.

Beautiful home, beach and neighborhood. Our group of ladies loved the spacious living area and kitchen. Porches and beach access were wonderful.

We loved everything about this home. Location right on the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up each day and bikes included. The main living area is very open and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sun set. The upstairs is accessed by two different stairs (2 bedrooms on each side) so two families have privacy. You don't hear noise from the other side. Close to many great restaurants on 30A . This is a perfect home for a beach vacation.

We really wanted to love this property. The location is wonderful and the setup of the home is great, but it *desperately* needs a deep cleaning. The ceiling fans were caked with dust, the floors were dirty (turning bare feet black) with hair (not ours, ew) all over. Cabinets, doors, light switches, window sills, baseboards had not been cleaned in a very long time. What looked like food or maybe (hopefully not) vomit was splashed on the closet door in one of the bedrooms. The bed linens are worn and old. They were very rough and scratchy and reminded me of hospital bed sheets. The bathrooms could use a complete overhaul. They are outdated, poorly laid out and there is hardly any vanity space to brush your teeth, much less get ready for the day. The kitchen is not well stocked and had a random assortment of very worn supplies. The coffee pot did not work. And the ice maker in the refrigerator never worked for the duration of the trip. Management said they would send a technician but they never came. Worst of all, mold. The bathrooms do not vent properly. A strong odor of mildew permeated the entire home by day 3 of an 8 day stay. We noticed another review that reported mold and mildew from over a year ago, and it's clear that the issue has never been remediated. We constantly ran the bathroom fans and tried to keep the area as dry as possible but you can tell this has been a problem for a very long time. No amount of venting during our stay was going to mitigate the issue. Management said "I'm so sorry" and offered to "take care of it" on our last day at 5pm, but we know this is an issue that needs days or weeks to be resolved.I highly suggest the management team shut this home down for at least a week to address the cleanliness of the home, and the mold and mildew issues in the bathrooms. Having worked in property management, I know this problem requires a professional. It is a health hazard. The living room window leaked uncontrollably whenever it rained. Management sent a technician out but he only brought a fan (?) to point at the window, threw his hands up, and left. We had to keep the area dry with towels so no one would slip.I can't stress enough that the location and proximity to the beach are perfect for a family gathering. We immensely enjoyed ourselves and our trip, but this home is NOT well-maintained. We would only return if we knew with 100% certainty that these issues were properly, and permanently, taken care of.

A to make everyone comfortable. The ease of the rental and convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores was ideal. We would LOVE to stay at Kokomo again!!!

Overall, good house for two couples (our party), with great location directly on the beach (meaning stairs down from the house put you right on the sand, no lengthy set-back boardwalk). Comfortable space with well-separated bedroom suites. Very convenient private parking (uncovered) on an otherwise jam-packed street; and highly accessible walk-in from parking/front door to main floor (living room and kitchen). Very quiet when everything is shut, even on crowded days. Great to have beach bikes and boogie boards included and already there; and it was easy to start up the included beach lounge/umbrella service. Deck was shady in morning and evening for coffee and cocktails outside. Well-equipped kitchen, plus a surprisingly clean and functional outdoor gas grill. Internet and TVs were all fine too. And maybe best of all, the mattresses were great; we all slept well with no back ache.A few relatively minor house cons, just suggestions for improvement: bedrooms would benefit from blackout curtains; and I would not recommend for more than 3 couples (no kids), or 2 couples with a few kids due to the 3 en-suite bathrooms. Also note all bedrooms and full baths are up a full flight of stairs. Could have used a bit more toilet paper to start so bring plenty of your own! And last, the kitchen knives are dull as bricks.And a few service quirks, again nothing major: responses to questions were very fast except as we approached our check-in date and then they seemed to disappear; weirdly we were met the first two evenings by personal chefs we did not order; and the beach service messed up one day mid-week and didn’t put out our setups (but were very apologetic and quickly took care of us when we got to the beach). Again, not bad for a crowded pre-Memorial Day week.This was a great place compared to others we’ve stayed at on 30A, so don’t let the few minor details deter you!
