We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. We got upgraded to a 4 bedroom in Tower 1, perhaps because they were doing renovations on Tower 6. Room was clean and comfortable. The towels could have been softer, they seemed to be fairly worn and rough. The comforters were too heavy, not my preference. Just made me want to turn the air conditioner on colder. Location was great, close to everything, although, we didn't need to leave the resort. Elevator was fast, which is something you typically don't think of, but I've been to other resorts where you stand and wait forever just to get to your room. Parking for the rental car was easy, the drop off area was convenient. We used Uber once, thyley had a little trouble finding us because there are multiple addresses and you have to tell them which Tower to meet at. Owner communicated well. Pools were awesome, great water temp....not too hot and not too cold. Hot tubs were also perfect. Food was decent, typical burger fries kind of stuff, nothing special. Activities were great, billiards, ping pong, shuffle board, mini golf. Never too busy for April Easter week. Just try to play under the shade to avoid sun. Will definitely return again!

Enjoyed the stay at Bonnet Creek. Presidential room is always so fantastic if you can afford in your budget. Everything was good except that the kitchen was not well stocked for being a 3 bedroom presidential. We seemed to be calling for items throughout the first few days. However, housekeeping was exceptional in delivering what was needed.

Unit 1814 of tower 6 was everything expected and more. Clean, spacious and luxurious with great views. The property is meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping. The pools are great with plenty to eat and drink. You won't find better beds. Staff was very helpful and the owner was easy to work with and accommodating. I would recommend this owner and facility to anyone looking for a place in this area. Thanks so much for an excellent experience.

Place still looks great, clean and great location! Perfect spot for an Orlando vacation

We stayed with my daughter, son-in-law and twin 2 year old boys. Had more than enough room for the toddlers to play and sleep in the double bedroom which held their two pack and plays. My brother-in-law and family of 5 stayed in a two - bedroom unit in the same tower six. All enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner in our suite which dining room table sat 9 comfortably! The unit is very close to all Disney attractions - which we visited almost every day. We enjoyed the annual 5K Turkey Trot, weight room, dining facilities and pool. Will stay here again for certain!

A+ location.

We ended up in the end unit on the 16th floor so this Presidential Suite had everything we expected, and the additional ability to see all the firework displays from all three parks from our balcony...a real special treat! The rooms are very well appointed ...also very roomy and very comfortable. Bottom line...the unit was wonderful! The only reason we don't give the fifth star to the rating is due to the staff at the facility. They are poorly trained and lack basic customer service skills...we had some questions and unnecessary delays/difficulties checking in and eventually spoke with a Trainer...she was ill-informed, unprofessional and argumentative...pathetic! Then we asked to speak with the manager and she was actually worse! Thankfully we only dealt with them when we checked in and checked out...but they were awful on entry and just ordinary on exit. The sales team was persistent when we first arrived, but they were easily dissuaded so that was not unpleasant. The Sales Manager called the next morning and he also was professional enough to understand we had no interest and never called again. We did not allow these negative experiences to take away from our overall enjoyment, but it made an otherwise 5 star experience into a 4 star experience.
