Property was close enough to Asheville to conveniently enjoy all the sites, yet just far enough out of town to feel a sense of seclusion. A delightful property fit for up to three couples.

Great central location for all that Asheville offers.

The first floor, kitchen, great room, and bath were very nice. The 2nd floor is a climb, so we needed to be careful. All three bedrooms were good size. The bedroom and closet rugs could have been better cleared; instructions for the two TV remotes would have been helpful.

House was beautiful and very comfortable. Slept very well.

Had a wonderful time in exploring Asheville. Your home was so convenient to all that we had planned. A lovely home with all the amenities you needed plus very clean and a nice neighborhood. I would come again if ever in the Asheville area.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for three couples, the house was spotless and well stocked, and we were within 15 minutes of most anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely return in the future.

This was a great little property to spend a few days. The kitchen was well appointed and thee layout was perfect.

The home was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. It was very convenient to town and the Biltmore. We all said that the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept on. Tracy was super communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Happy to have stayed here.

We had a great time

Nice house for family stay. Good location for all of Asheville. Master and 2nd bedroom justfine, BUT(!!) the third one in the back of house (the one with treadmill) has clearly had cats in it (owner?guest?), with a very strong smell (dander? urine?). Possibly in carpet. It made staying in the room, let alone sleeping in it, pretty much impossible. Windows would not open to air it out due to moisture swelling of frame. For anyone with allergies or breathing problems, the cat smell is bad news. We will try to contact owners about fixing this for future guests (along with two toilet problems), so that future guests will not have these problems. Until then, a great 2 bedroom stay, but not the third bedroom.

We normally stay at the Hilton hotel in Asheville, but had a larger group this year so we elected to try a house. This place was a good house in a great location. It worked for us.

House was perfect for us. So close to everything - shopping, good restaurants and Biltmore Estate.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well appointed townhouse! Tracy was readily available for anything we needed. The home was located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was close to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. We were very comfortable during our stay here. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The property is very close (about 10 minutes) to Biltmore, Biltmore Village, and Downtown Asheville. And it’s only about 30 minutes to Looking Glass Falls, a beautiful waterfall, and various hiking trails. The house is extremely clean and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property!

The location is s centrally located for a visit to the Biltmore Estate and great restaurants in Biltmore village and downtown Asheville. The house is well appointed and comfortable.

Very nice, comfortable property in quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect to visit Downtown Asheville, as well as other surrounding towns. Easy drive to/from airports. VRBO hosts were very quick to respond to any questions whenever asked.

We had a family wedding in ashville and we couldn’t have picked a better house! Tracy was so accommodating and helpful. What a wonderful welcome after a 12 hr drive, to enter with spa music & dimmed lighting! Just what we needed to relax before our big weekend. Loved the property. Very comfortable. All bedrooms are upstairs if that might be a problem for someone booking this place. Close to everything. Nice neighborhood. Love the town of Black Mountain which is only 20 minutes away. We would stay there again.

What a fabulous location for great restaurants and the Biltmore. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated.
