This property has a huge problem with pollution in and around its surroundings

Good breakfast spread. Location very near Somnath temple. They upgraded me at no additional cost. Staff was courteous. Space made available for driver to sleep.

Maintaining cleanliness of tables during rush hour while having break fast.

Breakfast and dinner was good. Staff in the hotel restaurant were good. The food was good.

The room we were given had a broken window. Then we were given a free upgrade to a better room but the room safe was not properly fixed so we were given a further upgrade. After changing room twice we were assured the price would remain same as original booking - yet on checking out the price had been hiked up. I complained and referred to the price quoted on the original booking and then after almost an hour the manager finally appeared after several requests to junior staff and reduced the price. I had used the Spa facilities and paid cash for that separately yet I was charged for these usages again on my bill and that too had to be removed. My INR !0,000 advance payment also did not appear on the bill as a credit and had to argue about that too before it was found and credited. Hence be very careful and check your bill thoroughly.
