I loved the location It was very clean Good room service and also facilities

I felt rooms could have been a little better for the price paid... It was ok but did not feel worth for the amount paid.. Nevertheless it was comfortable

So good we stayed 5 nights. The location is excellent, a short walk from a footbridge to the Old City. Our lake facing room had superb views. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The rooftop restaurant food is delicious. The garden area is restful and has an exceptional variety of bird life. The hotel is also in small neighbourhood with a variety of eating and shopping options.

Location is good but it's not a waterfront property.

Room size was smaller than what was advertised on booking.com. Even though I booked a super deluxe room, I was asked to stay in a deluxe room.

the lighting are dull you don’t fell like you are living in hotel the entrance of haveli from road is not good

The Satff was good, and so does the room as I have upgraded with some extra money which I fell was value for money.

We didn’t get the breakfast included in rooms and when I read the policies from booking I thought I had the complimentary breakfast with room but that wasn’t the case. I wasn’t the hotel fault I would say booking.com needs to provide and specified information correctly in order so that it’s easy for a customer to select the room as it was lots of money just for a room with no breakfast, I have been travelling with booking.com for years but this no not good experience regarding the price I paid for room with no breakfast, usually you get complimentary breakfast with that amount, again it was hotel fault some miscommunication from booking.com.
