.We took the Lake View Room and the view was awesome. The entire staff was very welcoming and especially the Hotel General Manager Mr. Arjun shared great tips and offered us complementary services
The kids play area Khilona, should be maintained better.

Sheer loot in the name of Matka kulfi I got Havmor cup worth Rupees 60 but bill was above 400

Overall it was an amazing stay with beautiful location and views. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any requests and accommodations.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom which I didn’t like.

The views from the lake facing room were absolutely stunning. The staff was very courteous and prompt. Special mention to the front desk staff who upgraded us to a lake facing room.
The breakfast spread could have been a bit better.

The location & the view. the staff were really helpful
We had an issue with our suitcase lock ,staff came to help quickly, they tried various things but could not solve it then their IT manager had a thought and problem solved . We were so relieved. Thanks Abi

Everything about our stay was magical. The location of the hotel is incredible and the room was beautiful. The staff could not have been more welcoming and really went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

The property provides a beautiful view of lake and Jagmandir Island Palace. Lovely gardens, pool, and restaurant also face the lake for several opportunities to relax and take it all in! The breakfast is really great - plenty of options and excellent service. The restaurant manager remembers your food preferences and has them available when you arrive! Excellent coffee! The man in charge of room service demonstrates exemplary customer service and items are brought to the room promptly and efficiently. The major sites are all about a 5 - 10 minute tuk tuk ride away and tuk tuks easily available just outside the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler and highly recommend.
The internet connection is not always reliable. An air freshener is used in room with smell so pungent that it gave me a headache.
