الموقع في شارع تجاري جميل جدا كل شي حولك ماتحتاج سيارة المطاعم والأسواق وكل شي، الشقة للأمانة واسعة وجميلة ،الإطلالة على الشارع التجاري حلوة ،

التعامل جدا سئ سد نفوسنا كنت حاجز شقة قبلها وأظريت أغيرها بسبب موقعها دخلت على طول على بوكنق وحجزت هذي الشقة كانت الساعة تقريبا التاسعة ليلا أول ماحجزت سحبوا المبلغ على طول هذي ماهي مشكلة المشكله كنت أرسلهم على بوكنق يرسلون على الواتساب تقول سجل وقت الدخول عبر رابط الكتروني رسلوه قلنا مومشكلة المهم وصلنا تقريبا الساعة 10 ونص قالت مافيه أحد في الإستقبال عشان الوقت متأخر لما وصلت كان مطر قوي والشارع فيه سكارى أظريت أجلس مع التكسي وقت طويل أترجاهم نقابل أحد قالت مستحيل سجل الدخول الكتروني عبر الرابط تدخل فيه بيناتك إنته واللي معاك مع التوتر ماعرفت للبيانات رسلت صور الجوازات ودخلوا البينات،رسلت رابط ثاني أدفع قيمة الضريبة وكان الوضع مخيف يعني رابط على الواتس وتدخل بيانات البطاقة البنكية قلت بكلم الشرطة أو بوكنق قالت كلمهم مالكم في الطويلة نصيحة من محب لحد يسكن فيها تعامل زي الزفت ورد زي الزفت أظطريت أدق على السفارة السعودية المهم أظريت أدخل كل البيانات وكنت في قلق أهلي بكوا من الفجعة من صوت السكارى الحمدلله كان سواق التكسي محترم وواقف معانا مسكين وقت طويل، مالومهم اللوم على بوكنق توي واصل من رحلة طويلة أرتاح يومين والبرنامج هذا الغيه برامج الحجوزات صارت كثير،

the hot water problem in the main bathroom is a big fail.

very dirty and very old worn out furniture and linen all paintings on the floor and had to ask for cleaning and disinfectant products

the location of the property is amazing and the person managing is helpful and responsive - the building is very authentic and neighbors are friendly. - it is quite spacious with a big dinning table and living area - has lots of the needed things oven , kettle, washing machine ect - lima metro station is under the house and a very nice cafe/bar - there is shataf/ water bidet

the property needs some maintenance - no hot water in the 2nd bathroom - some walls needs a full repaint - pillows are very old used ikea pillows ( and we had 2 pillows without pillow cases which we had to ask for and arrived after 2 days) - cleaning is not its best- walking closet , bathroom and bedroom corners also under sofa and underbeds havent been cleaned for sometime( we did some extra cleaning ourselves as soon as we arrived since we had a 4 yr with us) - unlike other rental houses - no drinking water (1 or 2 bottles for arrival)is provided so if you are arriving late at night you may need to buy ahead

Excellent location. Right in shopping area.Metro just few steps away.Restaurants serving Excellent food just few feet away. Clean house with all the comforts . Would recommend it . Parking available in public parking space near by

Great location just next to the metro station. Spacious flat, comfortable beds.

There was a huge problem with the water in one of the bathrooms. There was no warm water, only freezing cold and the pressure was really low. You couldn't take a shower. The other bathroom was OK, but in the beginning there were also some problems that were resolved. From what I've read this is a constant issue and they don't do anything about it. If you book for many people, using just one bathroom may be inconvenient.

Location is great, Near shops, park and metro. Plenty of space in the apartment. Good Wi-fi and facilities. As some other guests have mentioned, getting the main shower to work well was an issue, went hot / cold a few times. En-suite was perfect. Great place and would recommend.

lights…to many switches and not enough lights. living room only had 1 working light over dining table. there are 4 other small lights near entry and kitchen. very difficult to read at night. not enough hot water. needed to space out your shower time with your party.
