A girls trip.

Room was great. There was several cats being fed under the walkway to the beach. Wasn't crazy about having ti watch our step so we didnt step in poop

Property was beautiful and as described, Sherry was wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

The sunsets were beautiful. We loved the views from our condo. The beds were so comfortable, and clean.

Family had a hard time with the elevators. Only 6 working for 30 floors. Staff security guard was extremely rude. Man renting surfboards very rude. Rest of staff nice, as was our condo host! Sheets in 2nd bedroom had hair on them. Floors filthy, socks black. socks were black and dirty.

It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms with grown sons and a Fiancee. As was warned elevators are slow during high peak time but taking the stairs wasn't bad. Very nice to have a 2 beach chairs reserved. Shelly Collins was fantastic about getting us set up for the condo with codes and answering any questions we had.

Very comfortable condo. Beds were awesome. Needs a deep clean, bottom cabinets were dirty inside and out,. Bathrooms baseboards, grout and caulking needs some attention. This could be a superior condo but it’s obvious the cleaning crew doesn’t pay attention to details. I do. Great pots and pans but very disorganized and hard to access. Basically some updates are needed and possibly downsize furniture in living room area.

I liked the unit space and location. However the wait for elevators is terrible. I lost more than a day of my vacation waiting on the elevators. My shortest wait was 40 minutes my longest was 1 hr 10 minutes. Now bear in mind I only went in and out of the room twice a day. The check in and out times needs to be staggered. Everyone was there at 4 pm to check in that was terrible, no carts, lines, the parking garage congestion , no parking then and of course the elevators of people already there or leaving. The guidelines of the beach for canopy's was not good for a family. You should keep the beach private but allow canopies to be used. I was a paying person and had to set up away for the resort to accommodate us all. I understand i could have rented more chairs but if this is an incentive provide enough to accommodate the booked party. I am used to easy access to and from my unit and ability to erect my canopy. I will not return here nor would I recommend this location.
