Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was mostly well kept. There were several dishes and pots that were not washed. The counter had crumbs on the place settings/dishes. A few live bugs (cockroach and possibly a tic, a few large ants) but management addressed the issue. One of the ac’s stopped blowing cool air but again, management sent out repair men and replaced an old breaker.

Close to the beach in a safe and secure area ~ yet close to everything. The only thing ~ downstairs room really cut off from rest of the house. (in process of adding a much needed bathroom on lower level). We were counting on the pull outs within the ottomans' in the second floor bedrooms and the lower level bedroom. The mattresses were very thin (less than an inch). We were unable to use. For a large beautiful home with easy access to a great part of PCB beach ~ I feel bad mentioning anything negative at all! Would definitely enjoy a repeat of the whole experience! Thank you!

The company evicted our family and friends from the property before I even arrived… I was running a little behind my son’s friends in arriving to the house and they decided to cancel our reservation before I had even arrived leaving us stranded

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of amenities. We stayed for 1 week at the tail end of March & enjoyed our stay. There are 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Be prepared to hike up & down 2 flights of stairs to the main living, master suite & kitchen. Would recommend to others.

The house was very nice. The layout was kind of unusual for us. I guess in Florida styles of homes are did different. We wanted something close enough for our son who was competing in the Ironman race. The house was very quiet and my husband and I arrived one earlier, while sitting on veranda having coffee we saw a cougar just walking thru the complex! That was out of the ordinary and exciting too! We really like the bed on the top floor and would really like to know the brand . When requesting this information, I was told they couldn’t tell us??? Don’t understand why?

We came here to celebrate my sons fourth birthday and it was all we could ask for and more! We had two small kids here and it was the perfect amount of space for them to play in, and the perfect distance to the beach for when we needed to hurry back to the house! Will definitely be booking with this company again.

Love the home we rented for the week. Pictures are spot on and the neighborhood is wonderful. Plenty of room for 12 people for sure. The internet had a weak to no signal all week and the cable hardly picked up any channels or stayed not connected. The walk to the beach is a short walk and the home is in a great location. Definitely recommend if you have a big family.

Loved this rental property! Got our workout in with the 3 flight of stairs 💪. Overall, everything was as described. Beach is walking distance, but we rented a golf cart. Will be coming again. Thank you!

Fit our family of nine well. Great A/C. Nice décor. Plenty of towels and blankets. Responsive managers. Close to beach. Recommended.

Another great find (at the last minute) using Vrbo to rent a vacation home this year for Spring Break. And this rental by Blue Swell did not disappoint. We enjoyed the well-maintained, spacious, beautiful craftsman beach style. Very clean and it had plenty of amenities for our group of 9 (i.e. towels, beach accessories and toys, back patio grill). The home is tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood with quick access to a ton of shops and restaurants well within a 10-min drive or less. We were able to safely walk to the beach from the house (~4-5 min walk). Using the Blue Swell hospitality app was extremely helpful to have all communications or concerns captured in one spot and reference the list of rental guidelines and expectations. We experienced great and responsive customer service! Our kids had all smiles during this trip and this is one home I certainly wouldn't mind staying again next go round in Panama City.

Clean and beautiful stay for our family. The house has a lot of stairs to go up and down but after a winter in Chicago, we were ALL happy to get the exercise in and enjoy both the house and the Florida sun. Thanks for letting our family create such a fun and memorable vacation!

cute and clean place, short walk to the beach, beds were pretty comfy (pillows were not.) enjoyed the patios on both floors, great location near a strip mall and beach was not too crowded. The three flights of stairs were definitely a workout, but not that big of a deal for a short stay. Beach equipment was helpful and plentiful. Overall a great stay, would book again!

Beautiful home and very comfortable accommodations. Love the location, as it is very quiet, bur close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station and restaurants.. I Highly recommend it.

The location is great to access the beach and there is a grocery right around the corner. It was very nice to have all the beach accessories for use, including a cart to carry it all. The rooms were nice but we didn’t realize all bathrooms are IN the bedrooms so it was awkward for our group. The ground level sleeping area has no bathroom so anyone in that part has to go into a bedroom to access a bath. Although the garage is included in pictures, it is not for our use (unless you agree to pay). There’s garbage pickup several times during a weeklong stay, which is good for a large group. Our only suggestions would be to replace the rugs on the 3rd floor balcony/deck because they are very moldy and repaint the peeling paint on the 2nd floor balcony (look out for splinters), and to supply some sharp knives. If you are planning to cook, bring a knife because the ones in the kitchen are in desperate need of a sharpening! Overall, a lovely house and easy, relaxing stay.

This property could not be more perfect! It’s in a quiet cul de sac across from the beach. Located near everything we needed and would recommend staying there.
