The carpet needs to be replaced/removed with LVP due to high traffic wear and is filthy - simply needs to be removed. The management company was VERY responsive and had it cleaned but it is still a mess (old,worn and stained. Outside back deck has old BarBQ stain on floor causing it to be tracked into house. Just needs time TLC cleaning.

Property is a great location. Overall good but the water heater is really inadequate and we had some lights and outlets that didn’t work.

The condo is spacious, the furniture and beds are comfortable. We ate in for breakfasts and dinner a couple of evenings. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. Hiking and biking trails are conveniently located. Frisco is central to several other towns to visit! We all loved our stay!

Large rental with 2 floors. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This did not bother us, but if your looking for fancy this is not it. (Which I believe they mention in description) Entire place needs updating. However, location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and hiking. Also, Rental company was great to work with.

Good location, but the place is a bit rundown.

This is a great property. I would recommend it to others. We also run a VRBO and have some comments to make regarding the property. I am only offering as a help. Toilette seat in one of the upstairs bathrooms is worn out and needs to be replaced. There were random lights that were burned out in the house, these need to be replaced. Kitchen is fine but the pots and pans do not reflect that this is a house that can sleep8 to 10 people. They are too small and of medium to poor quality. Could not easily cook food for 6. Pillows in every room were not good, they were old and of poor quality. Need to be replaced and upgraded. Beds were fine, pillows were not good. Towels were terrible also, they were the small barely cover or work. This is a nice property and the pillows and towelss should reflect that.

Good location for skiing the big resorts in Frisco area. The townhouse was large, and although somewhat dated, it was fine for our 4 day ski trip. Well stocked kitchen. There was a small issue with not getting the entry code for the front door. The code was missing in the ‘arrival instructions’ email, but a quick email to the management company resolved this issue. Plenty of good dining options in the immediate area. The back porch is only big enough for 2 people, but not a factor for us since it was winter. The gas grill is small (about the size of a steering wheel) but we got 4 steaks on it. The TV in the family room is too small. The bunk beds in the downstairs bunk room are weight restricted, but you could put a mattress from a bunk bed on the floor if need be.
