All went fine

Lots of room for everyone to have personal space. There were a lot of fun board games we all enjoyed. Very close to the Adventure Park and Hot Springs.

We were a family of 8 staying in the house. The house was ok for the purpose.

The noise was horrendous in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was water softener or something else. Woke us all up.

Beware that this is owned/managed by Keylink and not a private owner. We had a group of 10 people and the property is listed at sleeping capacity of 8. We asked for permission to have two additional people stay and they would be ok sleeping on the floor. Keylink refused and instead try to push us to renting an additional property. We discovered that the house we did rent had a sleeping capacity of at least 10 and could have easily handled the additional 2 people. All they really wanted is to get more money from us. Further, they then stated that at no time could we have more than 8 people, they had camera surveillance and would fine us $500 for each violation . We had planned on having a BBQ with all 10 of us, but now we couldn't even do that. Very disappointed. I've never had issues when working with private owners to help us to meet our requests so as to optimize our vacation experience. If I have a choice, I won't use a Keylink property again.

Plenty of space and beds for our family to spread out. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for a rental house. Great location: trail access, and near to necessities like groceries and ice cream.

Convenient location

We were unaware that the owner/property manager was actually home while we stayed at the VRBO. It was a small room actually attached to the left side of the house. A little uncomfortable comes to mind. We did not hear them but it felt weird.

Great place with wonderful ameneties. Very easy drive to downtown and the springs.

The location of this property was excellent as was the size of the house. But....it felt like going back to college with beer cans in the yard, light bulbs burned out, someone forgot to buy dishwasher soap, crusties on the cooking utensils, ratty furniture (the green chairs look great in the photo) and bathroom sinks that didn't work properly. The description of the property said air conditioning, it was air conditioned, on the main floor but not in the basement. Box fans were provided to circulate air but those were extremely noisy and again, reminded me of college days where we rented apartments w/o AC and suffered with the noise and heat. I can't recommend this property unless maybe you really are in college.

This home was located perfectly. Nothing in the town was more than 8 minutes away. Nice clean neighborhood.

Could not have asked for a better location! Grocery store, medical facilities, paragliding- all within walking distance! We had a great weekend with extended family!

Great place in a great location!

Great house, great location.

This property had everything we needed to rest and be together as we enjoyed some skiing, shopping, and hot springs. There were 8 of us (6 preteens/teens) and everyone was so happy with the space downstairs and the big living room and kitchen upstairs. The location and neighborhood were excellent for some walks to the river and the grocery store. So accessible for downtown Glenwood springs and peaceful overall. Thank you for letting us stay in your great house!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for all guests and the neighborhood was friendly. Great location for access to all Glenwood Springs activities! Thanks for making our trip special!

This is a very cozy home within walking distance of the main trail and Roaring Fork river in GWS. The house was bigger than expected and had all the necessary items we needed. The beds were comfortable and plentiful! It has a nice backyard area. My only feedback is that the weatherstripping on the front door needs to be replaced. It got pretty windy one night and it made a loud whistling abound through the door. Also the Nest had a mind of its own and it would crank up the heat at night so the bedrooms were too warm for my liking. Cool house though! We would definitely stay there again and may since our kids and grandchildren live there now!

Overall it was great! I loved the fact that it was a ranch style house with a blocked off staircase to the basement. It was perfect for my 2 year old. We also loved the long kitchen table where we all could sit. Perfect location to walk along the river and visit the big hot springs. We did replace some light bulbs per instructions, noticed that the propane gas for the grill was almost empty, and the basement toilet seat is loose. Some sort of note about the kitchen chandelier light switch being behind the microwave would be helpful for future guests!

Great place to stay. Lots of kitchen supplies. Close to everything. We had trouble with the heating system - there are 2 thermostats upstairs and it’s not clear what each does. Many times the forced air system would blow quite chilly air right on us either in the kitchen or on the couch in the living room.

Property was clean and in a great location for our trip. Bedrooms were comfortable and well positioned. House was well appointed. Only issue was climate control. Unable to easily lower the temperature at night. Nest thermostat appeared to be preset. As a result it was warmer than preferred at night.

We had a great week in this house with plenty of room for the whole family. The property managers were responsive to our needs.

The wall pull out bed and downstairs second room was very uncomfortable (second room) no pillows. Overall nice house and good location. Would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rio Grande Place. There was room enough for our my family of four and my sister and niece. The location is within 5 miles of most things in Glenwood Springs!! It is easily one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood. It was a great to look out the front door and be so close to a mountain!! The only drawback for me was that it wasn’t very cozy. The throw pillows were old and unkept. The chairs had stains. This type of thing makes it hard for me to relax in my environment. Another drawback is that the basement bedrooms smell musty from the laundry room and lack of ventilation. Otherwise, the house has clearly been updated to accommodate guests. With a few minor improvements, it will truly be a perfect GS rental!!

We just got back from our stay and really enjoyed the house. Very clean and comfortable, and plenty of sleeping space. Great location as we went to Sunlight Ski Resort (29 mins away) and Glenwood Hot Springs (less than ten mins away). City Market and multiple Starbucks mins away, so everything you need. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to large groups or families.

Our family had the best time on our Glenwood getaway, and in large part, it was because of our rental experience. The home is terrific! Check in was super easy, and we had plenty of space and comfort. We enjoyed walking along the bike path, and I’m not sure you can rent much closer to Sunlight Mountain. We’ll definitely do this again and stay here each time.
