This is our second stay at this property for a Fall getaway. It is a very comfortable 2 BR/2 BA easy walk to downtown. Note that there are stairs to get to the unit which is on the second floor.

Our group skied and snowboarded at multiple mountains around Frisco. The rental was a wonderful base for our trip. 15 to 30 minutes away from each mountain we went to. Walked to dinner each night on main street. Will definitely return. 5 stars!!

We rented this place for the Month of January 2023 with the focus to be within walking distance of the Frisco Main Street which we VERY much were so we could enjoy the various restaurants, Aprea Ski venues, etc. Also, it was a perfect location from which to downhill ski, Cross Country Ski, and Ice Skate which we did several times with the ultimate in snow conditions in Years. The location of this place was instrumental in all the activities we did. The place was well appointed with all that we needed in the Kitchen and Bedrooms. Plus, the Gas Fireplace was so warm and inviting for those cold days we had. The Parking was easy, right outside the Unit (up 1 flight of stairs). We enjoyed the Hot Tub which was certainly helpful after some of the cold Skiing days we had. I would assume that with the location and comfort of this Unit it would also make a perfect summer venue as well.

Spent a long weekend at the property with my brother and our sons. The place was perfect! Clean, Perfect location to downtown Frisco and Copper Mountain Ski Resort, and amenities were just right for our group. Highly recommend!

Frisco getaway
Very nice condo. It's just as nice as the pictures show.
It is an easy walk to the lovely downtown area.
If you are in town on a Thursday evening check to see if there is a concert in the park. We really enjoyed that.

The property was ideal for our family, close to the downtown, we were able to wind down, relax, play board games and enjoy family time, enjoy the pool and hot tub mere steps from the unit… It was perfect for our purposes and we will definitely return! We are avid vacationers and have heretofore always stayed in hotels…. This is our first VRBO experience and I must say, Rick set the bar VERY high. The property was ideal for our family, close to the downtown, we were able to wind down, relax, play board games and enjoy family time, enjoy the pool and hot tub mere steps from the unit… It was perfect for our purposes and we will definitely return! We stayed in the wonderful condo for a family ski trip at Copper Mountain. Rick was excellent in his communication and provided a wonderful set up for us to use.
The kitchen is well equipped and the unit was nice a spacious. The condo was steps away from main street of Frisco and less that 10 min away to parking at Copper. We would make this our top pick for our next trip.

Great stay in Frisco
Our family and a very pleasant stay at Rick’s condo. It’s a great value and conveniently located to downtown Frisco shops and restaurants, as well as the Marina. The condo had plenty of space for our family of three and was well appointed. Also very quiet, which was nice for getting our 3 year old to sleep! Like most places these days, the pool isn’t currently open but that was not an issue for us as we wanted to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying the fall colors! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a visit to Frisco or surrounding areas!

Everything was better then expected
This condo was perfect in every way. The pictures don’t do justice to how nice and updated it truly is. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was amazing and the location was perfect. We walked to Main Street, to rainbow lake, to elementary park and to the marina. It is a corner unit and was very quiet. We had no problems with noise (which is nice when we had a 1.5 year old who naps and goes to bed early). Rick was very easy to work with and quick to respond to messages.

Cancelled due to Covid-19
Was not able to experience the property but the owner went above and beyond graciously and efficiently refunding the entire payment even though we literally cancelled the morning of arrival due to closures of ski resorts. We will try again for sure.

Easy walk to the cute downtown of Frisco
We enjoyed our stay at Rick's place. Parking was easy. The indoor hot tub was just what we needed after skiing. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!
