We enjoyed our time here. We were celebrating a birthday and they even left a birthday card! So thoughtful. The 2 bedroom unit accommodated our family nicely. The sofa bed mattress could be replaced though. It was very uncomfortable as we could feel the springs in it. Overall, it was a super cute place with a great vibe so close to the beach. Would stay here again!

This property was as clean and beautiful as it was described. It was very close to the beach. Accommodations were wonderful. Check in and check out was seamless. I will go back if I have a chance.

The check in information should have stated that no matter what time you check in you will need to call the number on the security window to be able to enter to get to the HOA office for the key. Once there the HOA was easy to work with. The condo is tired, it needs to have the walls painted, there are pieces of sheet rock that have come off and you can see the white. A picture above the love seat fell off the wall during the night. The rug in the living room looks extremely dirty, needs a good shampoo or replaced. There was a light bulb missing above the wet bar and the kitchen lighting was horrible, we felt like we were working in the dark. The patio shutters in the living area and master bedroom were off track so they could not be moved. Master bedroom closet doors were off track (someone in our party fixed those). The queen bed was hard and the king bed had a soft spot hole. The location was good and we did not have a problem with the trains going by. We felt that all of this should have been taken care of before we arrived. On the Sands did offered to come and fix the shutters.

We were at the property for a week. The grounds of the condo are gorgeous. Master bedroom bed super comfortable. Train was louder than we thought it would be but we were so tired from the fun it never woke us. Condo amenities were not fully stocked but owner helped. Only complaint is that our additional car got ticketed wish we would have understood how to do the public parking sooner. If you get the pass from the HOA office you still have to get down to the lot each morning by 8am or you will be ticketed Pass is good for evening parking only.

The place was perfect. Nice and clean. Snacks and water as a welcoming was nice. The pool was not as heated as I thought. The building structures are a little confusing, not enough signage.

Even though we were inside of a large complex, the way this condo is set up makes it feel very private. The parking is stellar for this spot- B215 also.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. It was very helpful that the place had a pack n play crib, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. North coast is a nicely gated community with security. We had a problem with neighbors being loud late into the night and called security. The noise was stopped right away and didn’t have any other problems. That is a great perk about stay here. The pool was nice. The beach is a short walk from the place, very convenient. You are a short walk from the pier and some food places and a playground. The harbor is a short walk with food and rentals. The only 2 things that would be inconveniences were that there are a lot of stairs throughout and to take the elevator you still had to take some stairs unless coming from the parking garage. We also had to unload in a different place because the garage is 6’6” and our little SUV couldn’t fit with our top carrier attached. I would definitely stay here again! It is on the corner of the building so you have 2 balconies and windows on 2 sides of the building which helps with airflow and keeps the place comfortable and cool with the window. Ceiling fans are also nice in all the sleeping areas and rooms.

The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Since we flew to CA I was especially grateful that linens, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards were included. The complex is beautiful and the beach was a very close and easy walk. We used the pool which was very nice but because of Covid-19 other facilities were closed. The only drawback was hearing the train during the night.

Loved being able to walk right to the beach!

This was a great option for us, plenty of room for the family and nice location - easy access to the parking garage and not far to the jacuzzi or gate for the beach. There was one beach chair in good condition, the rest probably will need replacing for the next 'season'. Kitchen was stocked ok with dishes/pots/pans/utensils. Would have been nice to have a flat/smooth griddle or large fry pan. Really nice newish appliances and we were quite comfortable all week. Very clean. We would definitely come back!

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment comfortably fit 5 adults and 1 baby without feeling cramped. It was stocked with everything we needed. The complex grounds were beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and the beach. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores and is easily accessed by car. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This property had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. Love being close to the beach while still being able to enjoy the pool and spa when that was what we were in the mood for.

Very clean condo, great location. Our kids loved the pool and proximity to beach. Pool area got kind of messy each day, could use one more cleaning per day. We forgot to bring shampoo/conditioner for our trip and could have used one more bottle of each. Overall though, the condo was a great place to stay and everything was sparkling clean inside.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The grounds of the complex are absolutely beautiful. The pool and beach were fun. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location!! Amazing amenities, fun extras in the locker in the garage that we took down to the beach at the end of the complex & enjoyed with our teens. It was comfortable, well decorated & furnished, we REALLY enjoyed our time there!! The sunsets are beautiful from the deck/porch, the lighting in every room was beautiful. Very accommodating & easy to work with. We have saved this location for future stays when we may travel to the area again. This specific model - the photos pictured on the site are different than the actual unit you will stay in - our unit did NOT have 2 levels/stairs inside - it was a 2 bath/2 bed with simple family room & open kitchen, 2 simple decks/porches - beautifully furnished, clean, & very relaxing & comfortable. So even through it is different than pictured when you get there - know it will be nice & you will enjoy it!!!!

The condo is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of beach equipment available---chairs, sand wagon, etc. There were a couple issues with kitchen appliances that I notified the property managers about, but did not receive a reply. The wifi reception is just unacceptably poor----extremely slow at best. The train noise, mentioned in previous reviews, really is very prominent. The weather was cool during our stay so we were able to keep doors and windows closed at night, but if we had needed to keep them open, the train noise would have been disturbing----train tracks are close and the trains are very frequent.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! One thing that was so noticeable was how clean this unit was. The owners have a beautiful condo and there were plenty of supplies for us! We hope to stay again in the near future!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities. The owners really have thought of everything. This condo is located near stairwell which is super convenient when loading and unloading. Also the beds are very comfortable. The only negative I could think of is the community its self doesn't have great insulation between condos and you can very clearly hear the people staying in the condo on the floor above you, however this is not a fault of any person just indicative of the time period the complex was built. Thank you for making our experience so great. We will definitely look to staying here again in the near future.

We have stayed at NCV the past two years and this unit was our favorite of the others we stayed at! The owners have put a lot of thought into what is needed when staying there. The little details were not missed! We loved having access to beach carts to get our stuff to and from the beach! It is very organized. I could find everything I needed. There are two sets of utensils, which I loved!! We enjoyed the popcorn machine and watching movies every night after a fun day at the beach! The beds were clean and comfortable and there were plenty of baskets for organizing all of our stuff. I was impressed! Mark was readily available and made sure our stay was great! I highly recommend staying here, I know we will come again!
