Great place right on the beach. Just as advertised. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again!

We stayed at this townhome and absolutely loved it. The location in regards to Seagrove Beach and the surrounding beaches (Alys, Rosemary, Seaside) was perfect. Nothing was too far to get to and to be right on the beach was perfect for us. We will be back and definitely will seek out this property to see if its available again.

Amazing location with a great host!

House was adorable and had the best view. However it is located on a public beach and was so extremely crowded. It was so easy to walk to the beach. Very close! Beds were comfortable! They had 2 beach chairs to use and beach towels.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful views. Our family of four was very comfortable. We most appreciated her letting us check in early—since last visitors were gone day before and unit was ready early! This was so nice and gave us what felt like a whole extr day. That was priceless! Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. She even had some cleaning supplies which was nice to clean counters, etc. We stayed in another unit in past in same set of condos. The beach was much quieter 5 years ago. We couldn’t believe how much busier it was—but the whole area of 30a has gained in popularity and the secret is out. You need to wake up early to secure a spot on the beach, fyi. Probably like that though for any stretch with public beach access now. Cindy was very responsive to our needs and very kind to work with.

What an extraordinarily fun and beautiful experience!!!! Cindy was absolutely amazing! She was easy to communicate with, friendly and very sweet!! The condo was beautiful, clean and super organized and full of everything we needed down to comfy linens and kitchens supplies! Every room had an enormous high quality television with Netflix, pandora and a ton of other channels! The beds were clean, incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were very comfortable as well! The grill was conveniently located in the front yard and there was a cozy picnic table with an umbrella to use also! We loved the cue from the patio and it was a very short straight shot to the beach! My grandma who is handicapped was able to sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the beach. The water and beach were second to none and we absolutely loved every moment!! I accidentally left my luggage and Cindy went the extra mile to communicate with us to ensure we were able to have a service pickup our luggage and was very kind about it.

Beachfront Townhouse was an amazing place to stay for our beach vacation. The Townhouse has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. It is a very short walk to the beach which is super nice. The owner is helpful and great to work with. She made sure our needs were met. There are restaurants and shops close by. I would refer this Townhouse to any one and I can't wait to return. It is my favorite spot so far!!

The house is just as described! A nice Short walk to the beach. The public access that is located in front of the property is small and is enclosed by private properties on both sides, so you must get to the beach early if you want to have a nice spot because it fills up very quickly. I’m always wishing people would leave a review about the beds so I’m going to give one! The master bed is extremely soft, I think it has multiple mattress toppers on it, so if you a like a soft soft bed that’s for you.. if your a firm bed sleeper you will not like it. The kids enjoyed the bunks and I think the guest bed was not as soft. Overall the place is perfect for a small family and would recommend 10/10!

Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Kitchen, Appliances and bathrooms were all very nice. We didn’t use the washer and dryer because they were in the parking area and I’m older and didn’t want to go up and down steps more than I needed to! But it’s there if you need it. Beach is a little crowded at this public access point but it’s an easy few minute walk and if you carry your chairs east just a bit it’s more spread out. We loved being able to park right under our unit. If you don’t mind no elevator and some stairs this is a real find. I’d recommend to a friend and I’d stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The location was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect view. Very comfortable and the owner was lovely to work with. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed here for spring break and feel like we’ve found a hidden gem. This place was so convenient to the beach access and had amazing beach views. Place was fully stocked and clean. Cindy was the greatest host and made the check in process so easy! We’ll definitely stay here again.

I will start with the positives: the view & location were great! The place was decorated just as shown in the pictures. However, the experience with the owner was not positive: • We were given an outdated welcome letter with incorrect key code. • Beach towels that are listed as an amenity were nowhere to be found. I contacted the owner about this & was told to look under the bathroom sinks. Only bathroom towels were found. She didn’t reply with a solution until the next day & did not offer an apology. I had to ask for a time when they would be delivered as we were waiting to go to the beach until we had towels (we didn’t pack any because they were to be supplied). • I had to relay twice that there was a wasp & it’s nest at the front door. Her initial response “Not sure what to say about the wasp nest.’’ The second time I texted her about she stated a neighbor would come by to take care of it. It was taken care of eventually but again, no apology and I had to ask twice for it be addressed. • The spin cycle on the washing machine did not work. When I informed Cindy she stated the previous guest had told her there was a problem and they had ordered a new washer but it wouldn’t be there until 8/6 due to back order. I replied that it would have been appreciated to have a head’s up as the clothes are heavy and taking forever to dry. Cindy’s response: “As I said I thought it was ok as the last guest used it. Didn’t realize it was this bad, I try to stay ahead of these things.” Again, no apology for the inconvenience. If she didn’t think the washer was a problem then why was a new one ordered? I didn’t reply to this message from Cindy and then a few hours later got a text “I am so sorry about this” I completely understand that things happen that are out of the owner’s control. That being said, it seems it would behoove the owner to have a management company on standby to come take care of problems that pop up. Also, an apology for any inconveniences would go a long way. I would be hesitant to stay at this property again due to the lack of care when their guests have an issue. It seemed to be an annoyance to have to deal with guests.

Absolutely loved this property! Clean, comfortable (including beds), 1 minute walk to the water. Beach chairs provided, kitchen very well equipped. Cindy is a great host! We hope to come back soon.

We absolutely loved your vacation property! The location could not be beat! We loved being able to see the gorgeous ocean and have such close access to everything. It was so enjoyable and comfortable…a perfect spot to enjoy our family vacation. We were so grateful for all the cooking supplies and the beach chairs too. We hope to visit your perfect townhome again in the future! Thanks for allowing us to stay and make such fun family memories.

Our experience for our week long beach vacation was good. The owners were responsive to questions, the location was right across from the beach, the 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our family and the location in Seagrove was close to all ofour favorite dining and shopping spots. The pantry in the kitchen was great for storing our food and snacks for the week. The large balcony was nice for our family of 4 and the private balcony off the master was good for morning coffee and/or evenings to listen to the ocean. The owners also provided beach chairs which was very nice! We really liked having a space to store our beach gear each day. Highly recommended.

My wife, daughter, and I LOVED our stay. The views of the beach were amazing. The beach access was extremely convenient. We were able to walk to Khave for ice cream (try the Elvis chocolate, PB, marshmellow, and banana). We hope to return in the future!
