Great property-terrific view. I' m 85 and my wife is 82- the other couple in mid-70's
.This property is three levels with living area up one full flight,and bedrooms all on the 3rd level .We managed,but feel such details should be in the general info. Some slightly handicapped people would not have been able to use the place- a bit of a sudden surprise.

Perfect Home in the Foggy City!
Rie and Ron were great hosts - communicated well and very timely with responses. The townhouse was beautiful - the views amazing! Location was excellent as well - easy to get around and still close to downtown. Lovely stay - would definitely stay again!

Con's: Needs some love & updating to be considered luxury: white carpet on stairs and upper floor is pretty gray where trafficked; ready for new paint on walls; utensils and glassware kind of mismatched leftovers; TV & audio dated. One of the two bedrooms has a couple of folding doors that don't provide optimum privacy.

Our family stayed for 6 days during our visit to San Francisco. The views of this apartment are amazing and we could stare at it all day. Ria is really thoughtful and had prepared a welcome gift. The apartment is well-stocked and beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

House finished to a high standard with lovely, comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything we needed. Rie was helpful and responsive to all queries and had thought of nice welcoming touches such as chocolate and wine. Neighbours very friendly and area felt safe. Thoroughly recommend this home to friends and family and would come back again.

The owner provided detailed and very helpful information regarding the facilities and the surrounding area (markets, restaurants...). We would definitely stay there again when we return to SF.

Beautiful location with awesome views of San Francisco.
My family stayed here for a week at the end of March. The views were spectacular. The house was well equipped for cooking and was close the grocery store. We also appreciated the driveway where we could park our rental care.

We loved staying at this home. The views were wonderful, the house very well equipped, and the owners extremely helpful and easy to contact. It was especially convenient to have a home with parking for our rental vehicle. We will certainly be back!

The house is located at the top of a hill, which allows to enjoy extraordinary views from the windows, on either side of the house.
The rooms are nice and well equipped. The area is really very quiet. In summary, a good place to explore San Francisco and its surroundings.

This cozy home may be a bit painful to find, but with the goodness of the view it will be offset.
I lived in the bay area for 12 years, but have never seen this kind of panoramic view especially night time.
We've had very good memories.
