The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The wait for the elevator was sometimes long, but not a big issue. It was understandable as they were working to update one elevator.

Estoy decepcionado con el servicio de Booking y del Hilton, compre 1 reserva para dos compañeros de trabajo y la reserva tenía que salir a nombre de uno, llamémosle X que llegaba a media noche y Y llego por la tarde, al presentarse Y en la tarde en la recepción con la reserva impresa, no le quisieron dar la habitación Y les volvió a mostrar impresa la reserva y en su celular y nada, incluso amenazaron con llamar a la policía si no se iba que todo se puede falsificar hoy en día. ¿Que tal?

Location is perfect, closer to all the places that i had in mind to visit and stay around. Room: very comfortable, clean. Maybe a suggestion will be to do an upgrade and have A/C in all rooms. Breakfast was average. Really basic.

半夜12點無法用房卡進房，櫃台人員要求立刻換房。我的行李還在房間裡，而且櫃檯人員威脅我，只有答應換房才能拿行李。

Good location for driving about the city, walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and Russian hill for dinners.

The bed was a trampoline The 2nd lift never worked so you waited 15 minutes for a lift and often it was packed and you let it go to wait another 15 minutes

La posizione è sicuramente ottima. Sei vicino a quasi tutto. La camera era carina

Ho trovato poco educato da parte dei dipendenti portare via la colazione allo scoccare delle 9.30. Capisco che ci siano degli orari e che vadano rispettati ma se un cliente sta prendendo la colazione, mi sembra molto poco corretto togliergli la roba da davanti. Sicuramente non consiglierò questo hotel. Inoltre c’era solo una delle due ascensori che funzionavano quindi spesso si aspettavano anche 10 minuti per salire in ascensore, ma questo non era un grosso problema.

L’établissement est très bien situé, l’environnement est rassurant et agréable, on peut faire tous les lieux touristiques soit à pieds ou en utilisant les bus qui sont très faciles d’utilisation . Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes même si elles ne sont plus très récentes , celles côté baie offre une belle vue mais elles sont aussi côté route donc cela peut être un peu bruyant ! L’ensemble était propre mais il n’y a pas de ménage quotidien pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Le petit déjeuner était correct , au standard américain, avec machine à gaufre et servi avec de la vraie vaisselle! L’accueil était très sympathique. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

Crowded breakfast room and non-working elevator.

The breakfast was great! Room was clean.

When checking in we felt like we were disturbing the desk clerk. She was not welcoming at all. Surprise fee for parking. $30 a day. No elevator from the underground parking. Had to use the stairs. Our room had no hot water. Lukewarm at best. No refrigerator in the room either. Would not recommend this hotel.

The location of this property is excellent. It was easy to walk to Fishermans wharf, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The only thing I disliked was the long line at breakfast for waffles. 1 feel like if we would’ve had at least one more waffle maker, it would have made the lines go by quicker

Lo único que rescato de este hotel es su ubicación, se encuentra en un buen sector, tranquilo y desde don de se puede salir a caminar tranquilo y relativamente cercano a algún sector turístico, pero es lo único que rescato.

Este hotel no ofrece servicio de habitación, no se hace el aseo de ella, a menos que se tenga una estadía de más de 3 o 4 días, y sólo se hace una sola vez. Eso no estaba informado en ninguna condición de la reserva, pero ellos informan que en su web si está, y que booking no lo informa. Si uno se queda en un hotel es para no tener que hacer lo mismo que hace en su cas, como las camas, limpiar el baño etc., lo que quiere es descansar, por qué pagar por el precio de un hotel si haré lo mismo que en casa, mejor para eso ir a un Airbnb o un Apart Hotel, es ilógico. Decepcionante el servicio. Por otro lado un sólo ascensor en servicio para 11 pisos, había que hacer filas cada vez que se iba a tomar desayuno.

Breakfast absolutely bad, always the same 5 things and no alternatives. A sticky floor in the whole room, why! Old fashioned rooms and interior/ building should be renovated. Loud inside you can hear everything street, neighbors, elevator… (5th floor) Never again…

My family stayed here for 3 days. We had a great time. My kids enjoyed the breakfast time. The staff and the reception people are so friendly and helpful.

The noise from the street was horrible. On the 5 floor and could hear people taking on the side walk. Breakfast was always out of something.
