My wife and I have been coming to St. John for several years now. The last two years we have brought the family and stayed at Seaside. The location is perfect if you want to have easy access to downtown. Tracy makes the process so effortless! Seaside has virtually everything you need to make you feel right at home. After a long day of exploring the beautiful island, it's great to have such a wonderful and relaxing place waiting for you! We have stayed at other locations, but Seaside has truly been our favorite. We are already planning our return and can't wait!

We loved everything about Seaside - the views from the private balconies, the convenient location, the extensive list of amenities, the spacious accommodations, and the friendly staff/landlord all helped make this another memorable vacation. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on the island!

We just spent 10 wonderful days at this condo in Grande Bay. We started out with friends and rented the one bedroom as well as the studio. Once they left, we stayed in the studio. First of all the condo was very nice and clean! All of the amenities that you could want were there. Was also nice to have coolers and beach chairs. The studio was also well equipped with everything - plus a washer & dryer! Very convenient to walk everywhere - bars, restaurants, shopping, etc . . .Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back! And the view was spectacular.

Our week in St. John was wonderful! We had our family of 8 stay in this condo and it was perfect! Tracy is so great to work with and really makes you feel at home. The amenities at the Grande Bay are beautiful, the condo has everything you need and more, the location is ideal and we can't wait to go back and use Tracy's condo again! We arrived by ferry on Saturday around dinner. We walked the very short walk to the condo, unpacked and went to dinner. You can't ask for a better location. Tracy has thought of everything and there was nothing we ever wished we had. We used the coolers and beach chairs every day we went to the beach. We had a parking spot in the garage for the 3 days we rented a car. The only reason you would need a car is if you want to travel to the beaches on the other side of St. John. Again this place is perfect and we can't thank Tracy enough for our wonderful family vacation!

Stayed here for a week with my husband and grown children. Was familiar with the area having stayed at Grande Bay before. The condo was exactly as pictured and the owner a pleasure to work with. We rented a jeep through Grande Bay and I highly recommend them. There are many good restaurants on the island but our favorites were Rhumb Lines and Banana Deck. Casual dining on the water would be The Beach Bar and Joes Rum Hut. I had Starfish Market provision our condo for a small fee because we did not have a car for the first few days. We rented a dinghy one day from Noahs Little Arks which is right in front of the condo. That was a great day. Another day we took a boat over to B.V.I. and stayed the whole day on White Bay. I highly recommend doing that also. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Seaside and used both bedrooms for our visit. We had 4 adults and one child. It worked out perfectly. The condo is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and anything that you would need in Cruz Bay. We have never been able to do this before in our 9 years of visiting - and we loved it. We did rent a jeep, but in the evenings, just walked everywhere we needed to go. Both the one bedroom and the studio had everything that we needed for our visit. The units were clean and comfortable. The furntiture and beds were wonderful and the kitchen was fully stocked. Both units also have great views. You can lay in bed and listen to the waves. WONDERFUL. Tracy was fantastic to work with and Rachelle, who is onsite was very helpful also. The staff at Grande Bay was always available for questions and the amenitites for the location at great. The pool area also has a great view. Thank you Tracy for your hospitality and for making our family vacation to STJ our best one yet. We can't wait to stay with you again next year. We highly recommend this property, even though I would like to keep it a secret and all to myself.

What a wonderful condo! A friend and I took 6 young folks, recent high school and college graduates, to St. John as a graduation gift, and this condo fit our needs perfectly!! It's extremely well appointed, with everything you'll need for a memorable vacation. So close to everything, and if you don't rent a car (we didn't) the front desk can arrange taxi transportation right out front. Owner Tracy and property managers are absolutely a dream to work with. All in all, perfection!!

We returned a few days ago from a week at Seaside at Grande Bay. We were more than completely satisfied with the condo., we were thrilled! The location can not be beat. It is literally a 1 1/2 minute walk to The Wharfside Village where a lot of the beach bars, stores, restaurants and jewelry shops are located. You do not need a car to get to Cruz Bay because you are right there and if you do rent a car there was even a private place to park right at Grande Bay. Everything about our experience renting Seaside was completely trouble free and we really hope we can go back again next Winter! Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

This was our second visit during the Christmas and New Year break and once again stayed in the "Seaside" unit at the Grande Bay Resort. Again, it was Perfect! You can't beat the location, view and comfort. With all the extras this unit provides, you will have so many options during your visit to one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean. We took a private charter boat ride to the BVI on "Born To Rhumb" and had a blast! Dinner at Rhumb Lines is a must on your list of restaurants and High Tide has the "Best" Bloody Mary. We will continue to visit St. John and continue to stay in this unit. Owners are so wonderful to work with. Thanks Again...

My friend and I did a girls trip to St John and this condo was perfect for us. We rented the one bedroom unit. The condo is well appointed and just steps from town. There are beach chairs, a cooler and the kitchen is fully stocked. There are 2 balconys.The front balcony has a beautiful view with a table for four. It is so close to the water that you can hear the waves. If you go to the small balcony off the bedroom, you can hear the tree frogs and night and the foilage is beautiful. One of the added perks is that the owner uses St John Villa Company. We did carry on and were able to ship our "liquids" directly to them. We also did provisioning which they offer for a VERY reasonable rate. I worked with Rachelle, faxed our list, and then spoke with her on the phone regarding our food, etc choices. She went out of her way to get what we liked. When we got to the condo, our box that we shipped and groceries were there waiting for us. They also meet you at the ferry dock and orient you to the unit. Overall, fantastic experience and we will definitely be renting from this owner again!!!

This was a perfect place for a perfect vacation. The suite is beautiful with a stunning view of Cruz Bay. This suite is beautifully decorated and equipped with flat screens in three seperate rooms to accomodate families during any "down time" you may have. The location is absolutely ideal with dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping literally steps away from the resort. We had originally planned on renting a home on the island, needless to say we are thrilled to have selected the Grande Bay. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on the Island.

This was our second visit to St. John and our first stay at Grande Bay. We loved our condo it is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We stayed at the Gallows before but it is twice the cost, but very nice We love the fact that we our only minutes from the center of town and the great restaurants ZO ZOS. A block away you can find the beach bar which we spent many of nights. the condo is only a few min. walk from the ferry. WE rented a sail boat and went snorkeling and visit white bay and the Soggy Dollar a must. Visit with Danielle at grande bay for transition condo and receive $100 towards a boat ride or what ever else you want. No pressure only 45 min.We had two couples and stayed in the main room with the studio connecting plenty of space for all. We went beach hoping for three days taking the taxi. Rented a jeep one day only could get it for that time. We would have preferred at least a jeep for three day. Call early if you want to rent they were all book up three weeks before we left. We plan on going back next year.

This condo was perfect for our family's needs. The unit is clean, updated and has all the amenities needed. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer/dryer. The A/C and fans made for very comfortable sleeping environment. The balcony of the unit faces Cruz Bay where the view is gorgeous while having morning coffee or a casual meal. Short walk to town, grocery stores,& restaurants. Also close to hiking trails, car rentals or taxis. Lovely rooftop pool with a gorgeous view and hot tub as well. The owners were extremely helpful and we had wonderful communication from start to finish. Looking forward to our next trip back to St. John ! Highly recommend.
