Love the resort and condo we will be back.

Nice getaway to relax and enjoy a little quiet time. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset opportunities and watching the dolphins play outside the door of our unit. Also took advantage of a sunset cruise from the marina located withing walking distance. The entertainment in the restaurant on property was also good. The only downside was that the coffee maker didn't work properly. It heated up but didn't dispense the coffee. Fortunately, our neighbors offered us coffee for our morning viewing of the dolphins and manatees.

Nice and beautiful view. It would have been nice if there would have been an area (like a cooktop) for cooking! Everything else was great!

Pool sunrise was fantastic

I have stayed in this location twice and have been super happy both times. Very awesome and quiet. The perfect get away for my husbands and I 6 year anniversary.

I loved this little spot on the water. It had a great view,Food within walking distance, and a nice place to walk around and see Tampa Bay from across the water. It was very clean and everything is modern and cool. I had a great time there and would go back for sure.

I would love to stay here again. I loved the vibe of the room. The view is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise from your window. You can walk to 2 restaurants, the beach, 2 pools, a playground, the pier to watch the sunset. Has everything you need in the area. Also had the necessities needed in the room. Service was very responsive and great. Everyone was so nice.

The property was everything we needed! The location was relaxing and within walking distance to everything! We had a little challenge with lock on the door - we locked ourselves both out and in - but with a simple phone call, it was taken care of immediately! Love this place!

This place was great, a nice quiet place, a little out of the way but thats just what we wanted. Room was well maintained, communication with the host was easy. Seeing the dolphins from the porch made it so relaxing. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Great atmosphere but don't stay here. There are many other options. Right when we entered the property it smelt like mold. The sheets, blankets, pillows and towels did not smell clean. We communicated this with the host and asked if we could wash that items being that they said there was laundry on the property. The host was not kind or accommodating about it. She said they did not give detergent to guess and could drop off new sheets but didn't. We ended up paying $10 to wash our own laundry and a nice couple from a building over give us detergent the there place included. Their place was much cleaner and less expensive. We were sneezing the whole time we stayed in that room due to the mold and asked if we could check out the morning after to give them time to find someone else to rent the room and so we could be refunded for the last two days of our stay. They said we could check out early but we would not be refunded. Do not stay here. There are lots of better options.

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay. A great bonus was the dolphins swimming in the canal right outside the door. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice property. Many units for only two pools but they were very nice. Unit on surface looks recently updated but could use some repairs i.e. shower door, toilet paper holder, peeling paint from pictures being removed. The walls were very thin. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend but would also recommend updating.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Ruskin, this is the unit to get! The hosts have EVERYTHING covered and the view is spectacular with each morning sunrise! You could literally just bring your clothes and you'd be set. The gorgeously appointed space has additional items like flatware, plasticware, iron & ironing board, vacuum (if you need it), hairdryer, microwave, mini-fridge, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Oh and the bed is so comfortable (and has underbed LED night lights). Don't hesitate to book this unit, it's fresh and clean, and close to everything on Little Harbor! Your stay here is guaranteed to be hassle free!!!

My Grandson & his girlfriend were so happy staying in this unit. They loved the updated decor and the shower! The lighting added a nice fun touch along with seeing dolphins just steps from their door. They enjoyed time at the private resort beach and the Sunset Grill had amazing food and entertainment!! Will definitely return!!

Nice property with a great location away from city beaches.

I enjoyed staying here. The pool area was nice. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. It was very peaceful and quiet. Exactly what I was looking for.

This place is a beautiful quite place to stay walking distance from beach and two very good restaurants.

Everything was close in walking distance beach,pool, food and bar to have some drinks.

We loved how nice and clean the suite looked! It was very comfy and the best part was the bathroom! With the floor to ceiling mirrored closet door to the updated sink and the shower.....just amazing with all the different shower heads!! We would def recommend anyone who is looking for privacy to book here. Also the restaurant within walking distance that we enjoyed was the Sunset Grill and Beach Bar, great music, amazing food and strong drinks!!

Good place to sleep

Very clean and quick response

We really enjoyed staying at the Inn. The room as just what we wanted - close to the beach and pool, comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, Tampa Bay was experiencing a red tide, so we couldn’t swim in the water but having access to 2 pools, boat charters, and jet skis made up for it.

I booked this suite for my nephew and his bride. They were both very pleased with the suite. Clean, bright and had everything needed to be comfortable. The restaurants, pool and beach were great.

Very clean, well kept, super easy check-in/check-out process. My wife is paranoid about COVID and brought a whole bag of disinfecting spray and cleaners, but the room was so clean that she didn't end up using any of it. Quiet area; got good sleep. Cold A/C, it was a must given that it's Sunny Florida in the summer. The shower has a regular shower head, a second showerhead that detaches on a hose, and on the opposite side three massaging water jets (my wife and I loved this feature). For added ambiance, there are lights under the furniture that you can plug in; it made for a very romantic wedding night.

I enjoyed my stay so much!! I can’t wait to go back. Seen a dolphin my first day looking right out the front door. We enjoyed the beach and all the property had to offer. Simply amazing!!!

The bed was amazing, the shower was amazing, the location amazing! I recommend a rental car through. It was peaceful sitting outside! The only negetive was the shower situation. Please put another glass door or anything to cover up from the water coming out. It is a great vacation for a couple getaway.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Quite, beautiful few outside our patio. The shower was almost the best part! We will be back.

The place was just as described, and Oh My, that shower! Amazing! Beautiful little area to walk around and take in the scenery. The two nearby restaurants were both very good. The pool and hot tub area looked very inviting. Unfortunately there was a cold snap of weather that came through and we weren't able to reap the benefits of them. Would definitely stay again.
